Pension Weindl — Hotel in Oberding (VGem)

I cannot praise the Pension Weindl highly enough! He owner was both friendly and accommodating. I had had problems booking a room in most of the other hotels in the Munich area, but this was the only one that actually personally contacted me and chose to help us.||||The double ensuite room was extremely comfortable, clean, well decorated, and relatively cheap, the location was quiet, but close to bus routes so it was easy to get around, or into Munich proper.||||Another reviewer complained about the "loud" noise of the bells from the adjacent church and the 'typical farm smell' this was during the summer, and we also stayed there at that time and never experienced either of...

We are currently staying at Pension Weindl before returning our rental car to the Munich airport in the morning. It is very clean and nicely decorated. The room is large and consists of skylight roof openings, a very modern bathroom, a small refrigerator and a small cooktop. A coffee machine is in the hallway and is free. Barbara speaks good English and recommended a local place for dinner. If you need a place to rest before a flight and have a car we highly recommend...

Wir waren 3 Nächte zu Gast in der Pension Weindl.||Beim betreten des Hauses ist man erst ein bisschen erstaunt über die Enge des Flures.||Jedoch legt sich das mit dem Betreten des Zimmers sofort.||Die Zimmer sind schön groß, sehr sauber und stilvoll eingerichtet. Das Bad (mit Wanne) ist neu und war ebenfalls sehr sauber. Im Flur stand für die Allgemeinheit eine Spülmaschine und eine Kaffeemaschine mit welcher man kostenlos Kafee und Tee zubereiten konnte. Ebenso gab es süße Stückchen. Man hatte dort auch die Möglichkeit sich was in einer Mikrowelle zu erwärmen. Im Zimmer hatte man einen kleinen Herd mit 2 Platten und einen Kühlschrank mit Gefrierfach. Die Gastgeber waren ebenfalls sehr freundlich und sehr bemüht, einem den Aufenthalt so schön wie möglich zu gestalten. ||Noch eine Anmerkung zu Kirche - das läuten der Glocken nimmt man im Prinzip gar nicht wahr.||Fazit: Wer einfach nur Erholung sucht ohne den Streß eines Hotels, der ist hier genau richtig. Hier passt einfach alles.||Noch ein kleiner Tipp - keine 300 Meter von der Pension befindet sich eine Metzgerei, welche den ganzen Tag auf hat und bei welcher man sich morgens frische Weisswürste mit Brezn und Senf zubereiten...
