Hotel Liebl — Hotel in Plattling

We stayed here two nights for the weekend of 29 APRIL TO 1 MAY..I have looked at many hotels in the area before choosing this one. We needed to be close to Deggendorf but in a small village or town. The hotel is opposite the railway station for those who are travelling by train, it makes it within reach of may places in the area.||It is within very reasonable driving distance from many Bavarian attractions namely Passau , a very nice place worth visiting such as Kelheim where there is a very old brewery called Weltenburg Abbey . ||The hotel is very neat and the landlady is very nice and welcoming. They serve a very delicious and rich breakfast rarely found in small hotels...||We were planning to use the fitness centre but because we preferred to visit the surrounding villages , we did not make use of the spa,unfortunately...||Access to this hotel from the highway is very easy . Inform the landlady if you are arriving late in the night so arrangement can be made to access your room.||The hotel has a very nice restaurant that unfortunately stops serving quite early for us 10 or 10:30 pm if I am right...We really enjoyed our stay at...

We were in a room accessed from outside of the hotel. It was quite tatty, incredibly noisy as there are garages outside the windows that people accessed at all hours. The WiFi didn’t reach. We had friends who stayed in a room situated inside the hotel who had a different experience. More importantly we had two bookings one of which was cancelled and agreed by the manager to a free cancellation. SIX WEEKS on and they still haven’t refunded me and not responding to my emails but only occasionally. I’ve asked them to contact me as I don’t wish to email credit card details. Nach vielen Malen, die ich bereits im Liebl zu Gast sein durfte, möchte ich meine Eindrücke schildern:

Ich kam das erste Mal im Liebl an und wurde sehr herzlich von der Chefin begrüßt. Alles Relevante wurde mitgeteilt. Das Hotel wird familengeführt und das zieht sich durch das gesamte Hotel. Zu jeder Zeit fühlte ich mich herzlich Willkommen.

Die massive und sehr schöne Holztreppe hinauf, ging es zu den Zimmern. Hier ist die Deko wirklich schön angebracht.

Im Zimmer angekommen, das über eine recht massive und elektronische Tür verfügt, findet man das hübsch gemachte Bett, mit verschiedenen Lichtelementen, die Wände in sanften Farben gestrichen, mehrere Sitzgelegenheiten, einen Schreibtisch, einen geräumigen Schrank mit Spiegel und ausreichender Abstellfläche.

Weiter geht es ins separate Badezimmer, dass je nach Ausstattung eine Badewanne/Dusche und ein Waschbecken sowie über ein WC verfügt. Ein Lob möchte ich hier an die Reinigungskräfte aussprechen. Es ist immer sauber. Trotz mehrtägiger Nutzung, wird jeden Tag das Bett gerichtet und das Bad gesäubert. Weder Schimmel noch Schlieren findet man irgendwo. Lieben Dank an dieser Stelle! Man fühlt sich einfach wohl in einem sauber und frisch gemachten Zimmer.

Im Restaurant am Abend durfte ich schon mehrmals essen. Die Essstube ist sehr schön mit Holz ausgestattet. Der Service ist super freundlich und das Essen sehr gut. Ich mag es, dass die Oma des Hauses noch selbst kocht. Das schmeckt man und ist definitiv ein Besuch wert!

Parkmöglichkeiten hat man vor oder hinter dem Hotel mehr als genug. Die Anbindung zum Bahnhof liegt auf der gegenüberliegenden Straßenseite.

Zu Fuß keine 5 Minuten entfernt, liegt der Ortskern von Plattling. Hier findet man alles, was das Herz begehrt.
