Stadtzimmer im Entenmoos — Hotel in Verwaltungsgemeinschaft Bad Waldsee

We had an extremely bad experience with this business. We booked an accommodation with them. A week after they sent us an email by saying that unfortunately they could not confirm our booking any longer. They left us without any accommodation at all since we booked a stay during the Bad Waldsee's lake festival when it is difficult to get a place at reasonable prices if you don't book in advance and after declining other offers because of them. They did not provide any compensation, showing a complete lack of respect and empathy along with low professionalism since cancelling a confirmed booking a week after is not professional nor serious at all. Freundliche Vermieter, netter Kontakt. Sehr zentral gelegen - vielleicht 150 m von Stadtzentrum und auch von einem größeren Parkplatz entfernt (Achtung! Eine Hälfte ist mit Gebühr, auf der anderen Hälfte kostenloses Parken möglich).

Der Fön ging leider nicht an, Spiegelbeleuchtung auch nicht. Ansonsten alles sehr sauber und ordentlich. Schönes, modernes Bad. Kann man bedenkenlos empfehlen.
