Best Deal — Hotel in Weeze

We had the worst experience staying at your Hotel from arrival to departure. Upon our arrival we unsuccessfully tried to follow your directions to check in at the machine outside the building, where 3 unhappy couples waited for help. Even one of your employees tried a few times before she decided to use the computer inside the building. After 1/2 hour of waiting to check in, your system again took 20 min to activate a room key that worked, walking back and forth from the office to a locked room with our luggage and as tired as we were was more than annoying. When we finally got in the room we found that the internet password wasn't working. Too exhausted to walk back to the office and by that time already quite upset, we decided to just go to bed and sleep. The tip of the iceberg occurred in the morning at 7am when we found NO hot water for a shower. We left unshowered, tired, totally upset and exhausted. Our attempt to get a reimbursement for this very unsatisfying stay failed also-surprise. If I could give this institution less than 1 star I would, for Customer Service and...

Just avoid flying from Weeze in the first place. The city is ridiculously tiny, FAR away from the hotel and had TWO operating restaurants when we visited. ||This hotel is one of the worst I’ve ever stayed at by FAR. There’s no reception - instead, a machine that looks like an ATM that you get your card from. It doesn’t even let you type in your name because the keys don’t work. ||There’s absolutely NOTHING to do or see within a 1 hour walking radius, and there is ONE hourly bus to the center (which sometimes doesn’t show up). ||They say they have an “airport shuttle”? Well, it runs from 5 to 9AM, and 8 to 11PM. We had a flight at 1pm, so we ended up having to carry our luggage up a cliff. ||Again, there is NO hotel representative anywhere near the hotel. NO restaurant, only a joke of a small room to buy some crisps and coffee. ||Deppressing, abandoned, in the middle of nowhere - please steer clear of Weeze and this hotel. We have never met so many unfriendly people in one town at a time. ||I’ll feel sorry for you if you book a night...

SCAM ALERT !!

I paid to Agoda.com and arrived at property they asked me to put my card in self check-in machine, I can't believe they charged me again. This is so dangerous if they can charge double then I am scared that what they will be doing later with my card details.

Then they have no room service kitchen or guard nothing but they installed 3 vending machine on the entry which takes coin but don't give anything back looks like another scam again.

I called Agoda and instead of confirming with the hotel they started asking me 2946539 diffrent type of paper and proofs for 45 € specially when I am traveling for my holidays.

I called hotel they agree and accepted to refund but never replied back or refunded instead they know my number so the person stopped answering my vall and then finally today I posted this review. I guess I lost my money but atleast no ome else should become victims of this scamming property.
