REGIOHOTEL Wolmirstedter Hof (A14) — Hotel in Wolmirstedt

Hotel staff is a complete joke. During our stay within the hotel we could not use broadband, which should be provided. We reported the problem again and again but they just seem to take the piss or forget about it. On the last day of our stay one of the staff members turned the broadband on and as she said she was sorry. She offered us an earlier breakfast on the day of leaving (Saturday). We were waiting in the hotel at meeting time but she forgotten about what she promised and we had to go to work hungry. Rooms are pretty small but at least nice and clean. They unfortunately are not air conditioned what is a bit of a pain in this heat. We could hardly stay there because of that. Air vent in the bathroom was blocked so that all the condensation from showering has gone into the room and made it even more difficult to...

Arrivée le soir pour une étape, j’ai eu un accueil très aimable et souriant. Pour accéder à la réception, il faut monter un étage très haut, et la réceptionniste a très gentiment monté mon bagage (hôtel sans ascenseur). J’ai payé à l’arrivée et ai reçu la clef qui ouvre la chambre et l’hôtel car il n’y a personne la nuit, ainsi que le code wifi. ||Pour dîner on m’a indiqué un petit restaurant grec, Zorba, très sympathique, juste à côté, car il n’y a pas de restauration à l’hôtel. J’ai pu garer ma voiture dans le petit parking en bas. ||La chambre était très petite mais coquette, donnant sur une galerie à l’air libre, très propre et bien aménagée, avec une petite salle de douche attenante (où des qu’on allume la lumière un ronronnement se déclenche qui continue un bon moment lorsqu’on l’éteint), un lit d’une place confortable et une petite bouteille d’eau à disposition.||Mais il y faisait très chaud et un ventilateur aurait été bienvenu ! Les prises de courant (trois) ne fonctionnaient pas pour charger mon portable et mon iPad.||Le petit déjeuner pris dans la salle du bas était correct pour ceux qui aiment œufs, fromage et charcuterie le matin bien que parcimonieux, mais seulement deux variétés médiocres de pain et pas de viennoiseries pour ceux qui comme moi préfèrent un petit déjeuner continental. Le café était un café de style « café  américain ». Prix : 54 € petit déjeuner compris. En résumé, hôtel sympathique, bien pour des jeunes. Il ne manque pas grand chose pour que ce soit parfait....

Das Hotel liegt zentral in der Innenstadt von Wolmirstadt, welches von Natur aus sehr schön ist. Anreise über kleinen Innenhof , welcher auch durch ein grieschiches Restaurant betrieben wird. Etwas verwirrend, da ich im Restaurant einchecken wollte :-D Zimmerschlüssel über Schlüsselbox, also fit mit Internet ist Pflicht. Ich kann gar nicht nachvollziehen das einige hier über zu kleine Zimmer mosern, mein Zimmer war recht groß, das Bad fast zu groß, ausgestattet mit Eckbadewanne und Dusche. Es war sehr sauber, allerdings bedarf es im Zimmer 42 mal einen neuen Belag und auch etwas neue Tapete. Egal, die Sauberkeit ist entscheident für mich. Das Bett war sehr gut, allerding bedarf es mal einer "Überprüfung " der Steckverbindung oben rechts, da fehlt etwas :-) Geschlafen also super! Etwas verwirrend fande ich das Abrechnungssystem. Wenn ich über Booking o.a. buche, dann zahle ich per Karte im Voraus oder im Hotel direkt. Das Abrechnen danach macht es für mich etwas kompliziert, obwohl das natürlich ein Vertrauensbeweis an den Gast ist. Alles in allem , ein kleines gemütliches Hotel im Herzen von Wolmirstadt, die Vorteile überwiegen eindeutig, man spürt die Freude am...
