Niagara Inn — Hotel in Accra

There are two hotels owned by the same person. Niagara inn the cheaper one and niagara hotel. This review is for niagara inn. It’s quite a more modern building than the hotel but with small stairs, wooden doors and tiny bathroom and toilet. Not very well kept too but for a visitor who booked online I was just grateful to lay my head somewhere safe. The area doesn’t look too good as well, a little bit dingy. Haven’t seen any hoodlums just yet. It’s a rest your head place definitely not luxury and definitely not for a holiday. Very kind polite helpful front desk staff!! Wow , the extra star is for the nice fellow downstairs at the front desk. There is WiFi but the bathroom in the room I got is very small. The hotel is one of the best deals in expensive Accra, considering its location (very close to the city centre). The owner and the staff were nice and helpful and the only time we ate there food was good. WiFi works properly. You can pay in euros, dollars or cedis.||||Downside: the cleanliness of the room left much to be desired. Bed sheets were stained and there were hairs of previous clients in the bathroom. Niagara Inn is located in the Adabraka region of Accra. I spent a night here upon my arrival to Accra pretty late in the night and couldn’t find anywhere else at that time of the night. It’s not in best environment as there’s a 2 storey building beside it with noisy tenants which hinders sleep or good rest.
