Js way Apartments and Executive Hotel — Hotel in Ashanti Region

This place was amazing! I don't usually leave reviews but I had to shout out Francis. My friends and I came from Accra and ended up in the worst motel possible. I found Js Way Apartments, called, and the owner (Francis) immediately picked up and told us to come through. We had excellent service from the beginning to end, from hot water, great views, the quiet but walkable area and breakfast in bed. But the best part was that Francis took time out of his busy schedule to recommend some highlights of the area for us, and helped us resolve some challenges the minute we brought them up. I was there july 2023 . The location and facilities are worth the price. But the customer service was terrible . I am giving 2 stars for the facility and Clement . That guy went above and beyond to ensure I was alright amidst the unprofessionalism of his colleagues. I am going back to Ghana this February and I will be spending almost a month this time and I am contemplating if I should return or not . My sister says I shouldn’t but I like the location.
