I booked a deluxe double room for my family and i on the the website. There was no notice on the website to tell me that the website was not working nor was there a notice to call the hotel to confirm said booking. ||I was provided with a reservation number to pay on arrival.||||Travelled all the way from Accra, only to get to the hotel and be told that “The website is not working and the booking was invalid” BIG JOKE” bare in mind I travelled with my 6 months old baby. The best they could do for us was to offer us the supreme room but it was us to pay extra for their mistake. How and why do I have to pay extra for your mistake???||||When you book for a hotel or any service be it service or product you do it according to your budget!! I saw your supreme rooms and your deluxe rooms and chose deluxe cos of mine budget only to be told because of YOUR mistake I must go out of pocket like the heck!!????||||The manager was so rude and literally walked off whilst talking to us, there was no apologies but basically “we do not have the deluxe double room but we have supreme room which is more expensive which you have to pay for the difference”||||Ermm did I not see your supreme and chose the deluxe ?||||||SUNSET HOTEL DO BETTER!!! Read moreI spent the worst night of my life in a hotel yesterday. Bed was unmade after a client had left, I called the attention of the front desk whilst I went out to conduct my business. I returned way after midnight after a tiring say to find that the same sheets the other customers slept in were used to make my bed. I drew the attention of the front desk since I had taken particular note of the sheets with a certain identification mark. The receptionist upon my complaint unplugged the phone the whole night when all I asked for was fresh sheets to remake the bed myself. I slept in a chair till morning.||||Upon complaint this morning, the hotel staff are neither remorseful nor apologetic! The rooms were not so clean with paints peeling off and ACs old and rickety. ||||I will not recommend this hotel to anyone serious on having a place to rest...

Fine give a room to sleep not for free too they said no rooms . Decided to move out n the lady eyed me someway that there is room. Later my people called them and they said then the morning shift guys didn't inform them about it.
