“Paradise”? What a joke. This place is the exact opposite of paradise – more like holiday hell. I stayed in room 306 with my family, and it was one of the worst experiences we’ve ever had. We booked through Booking.com, and I honestly feel scammed because nothing matched what they promised. The beach in the photos? Completely fake. The real beach is a disaster – broken sunbeds, broken umbrellas, sharp rocks all over, and dangerous sea urchin spikes in the water that could seriously injure someone. This is not a safe beach, it’s a trap. As if that wasn’t enough, there was NO warm water for six entire days. We had to shower in freezing cold water the whole time – on vacation! The doors were broken, mosquitoes came in every night, and the lock barely worked. The bathroom pipes were leaking, the rooms were dirty, and even the ceiling lamp was filled with dirt and bugs. Everywhere you looked, something was broken, dirty, or disgusting. This so-called “hotel” should be ashamed of itself. It is unsafe, unhygienic, and nothing like the paradise they claim to be. My suggestion is make sure your room HVAC is updated and functioning and breakfast in a town bakery is much better solution since it’s only 2 minutes from the town.
