Kritikos Apartments — Hotel in Aristotle Municipality

We’ve been from August 8th to 14th 2022, apartment 6 , and reading latest reviews I wasn’t sure if we chose well, but when we checked in everything was great. Communication with Kritikos was great from reservation on Booking to check in. Host was kind and, while we haven’t expected, for this six nights bed linen were changed three times, towels too. Everything was clean and functional. Apartment has balcony with view to the sea, air condition. Only complaint is on bathroom which is quite small with low ceiling, and shower with quite strange water heater, but it is acceptable. Kritikos are just 5 minutes walk or less from nearest beach, actually two beaches, both with pebbles. We liked both beaches. Additional plus for Kritikos is free parking next to the building. We had exceptional experience with Kritikos and can’t believe that someone could give them less than 4 stars. Kritikos apartments are great value...

Recently, we had the chance to have a stay at Kritikos Apartments and honestly, it really disappointed us. The photos they have on the website are highly edited, looking extremely different in real life. No washing machine, ancient looking stove which was hard to use, AC was able to cool only one room. The Wi-Fi hardly provided any signal. Having witnessed all of this the moment we arrived, we decided to look for another apartment. We let the host know and got ignored for that, only to be asked to pay for 2 days, when we would only have to pay for one. The host was rude and money hungry. This apartment was NOT worth our money, and we do not recommend you spend your time here, where there are a lot better places with relatively the same...

The only thing that may not always be from this apartment is the sea view. Otherwise, the room is bad. There is no mosquito net. The toilet is small, the shower cabin has no curtain so that everything gets wet and the hot water cannot be set or is too hot or cold. The apartment is located far from the center of the village, the road to the apartment is very bad. The staff is friendly and that is commendable. But the rental price is very high for this type of...
