Goldfish Seaside Luxury Houses — Hotel in Chios Municipality

This place we booked on Chios Island and where we were going by ferry yesterday, refused to pay our refund back when the ferries were canceled due to severe weather conditions, despite the fact that there was no cancellation caused by us. Since Chios Island is an island, we do not have any other way of transportation when the ferries are canceled. In this position, we are victims and no one is helping us. It is unethical and unprofessional that the owner of the place we found with the booking guarantee does not refund our fee to us for this reason.

Excellent quality on everything. Very well made apartment, very well equipped and very clean, too. Ideal for families of four. Top notch hospitality! Everything we asked for (cribs, chairs for babies etc.) were answered on the spot and with a smile. And a wonderful sea view, too! The beach is only steps away from the apartment. This is a good neighborhood to be, not too far from the rest of the important attractions of the island or from the airport & the port (approx. 35' drive). Location is great. I definitely recommend it. The house is very clean and smells good. Items are new, useful. The house had everything we needed. For example; spices, water, juice, espresso, toast bread, toothpaste, toothbrush etc. The house has a sea view. The beach is within walking distance. Food prices on the beach are reasonable. Umbrellas and sunbeds are free. The landlords are very friendly. Anastasia is very excited, helpful and energetic.
