Unreliable staff without any experience. The chalets definitely do not deserve the price that they are rented for. I would personally not pay half the price. |First day we checked in, all seemed ok despite that non of the staff spoke any English, not even the hotel manager (Tassos) which is very strange in the hotel industry. |After we've checked into our chalet, we realized that most windows were left open, we closed them and went out, after we've come back, we've been struck by such a fétide smell of sewage that we couldn't step into the house. I went to complain (luckily there was a lady who translated for me), the manager didn't seem surprised at all, on the contrary he seemed quiet aware about the problem and asked us to check in into another chalet.... this was only few hours after we had unpacked all our suitcases (we were a family of 4 staying for 7 days), we had to do our suitcases again and check in into a new chalet. |All went well until the shower time, while the upstairs bathroom started leaking into the living room downstairs. |Again we complained and the hotel manager said there is nothing he could do immediately but promised to fix it the next day. |Our friends who also were also renting chalets from the same owner, also had issues of leakages all over the house ... etc|The condition of the houses is also not great, broken toilet seats, broken power plugs.. etc |The chalets are also located immediately on the road which could be a bit noisy early in the morning. |Despite the fixing of the leakages, each time we took showers we had major leakages into the ground floor. |There was also a problem of hot water, the houses hotel water is provided by small boilers, and there capacity is so small that it is not enough for one person to shower body and hair at the same time, we therefore had to make Morning and afternoon shower group, with 30 minutes wait between each shower. In the cold weather after skiing we usually like to enjoy a warm long shower and that was not possible at all. ||The breakfast advertised on the website, is extremely basic: hard bread, boiled eggs and canned juice... definitely not what is described on their website. |The hotel also proudly advertised a sign with 8.4 note from booking. Com which could be misleading, the rating is done by mainly Greeks and had only 48 reviews so far, which makes it a bit difficult to really assess the quality. In all cases the 8.4 doesn't reflect the reality at all, i wouldn't give them more than 4. ||This is to quickly summarize the very bad experience and very poor services, i wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. |The staff are clueless and the owners just not ready to work in the hotel industry or open up...

Read moreI have stayed in Monte Bianco for two nights, with my family and we have all enjoyed it a lot ! We have stayed at "Ira" suite which can accommodate four people ( two double beds with Cocomat mattress, in two bedrooms), a living room with a kitchenette, and a bathroom. The decoration is very nice and although the suite is 50 m2, it looks bigger ! It possesses a fireplace ( although a first load of firewood is provided you can buy some additional firewood for an extra charge of five euro). The suite becomes very warm if you use the herding system, let alone if you use the fireplace !!! Breakfast (comprising of milk, orange juice, berry juice, eggs, butter lurpak, freshly baked bread and "la vache quit rit" cheese) is served in the suite until 10:30 by simply ringing the reception ! Coffee and tea is always available in the kitchenette.|The place is 10' minutes driving from/to Arachova, 2' minutes driving from the ice skating center and 15' driving from Parsnassos ski resort. |Many good tavernas and cafeterias are near the place and an Elin petrol station as well if you need to fuel your car. |I Roula definitely recommend the place. Both Tassos and Antonis will take care of everything you need, in order to have an...
