Kristallia Rooms — Hotel in Dorida Municipality

The place was incredibly peaceful and very, very clean. A pleasant 2 short blocks to an idyllic beach with shower) next to a pleasant taverna. For the price, we were expecting much less. There is a full kitchen with stove, fridge/freezer and coffee maker on each 3 room floor but we seemed to have the whole place completely to ourselves. We could have been comfortable here for weeks. The ac worked well and we had a nice balcony with clothesline and clothespins. Big empty closets and dresser and clean, modern bathroom in our room. Cool and clean tile floors in the whole house. Wifi was fast and reliable and password taped inside the door. Private fridge also in our room. It is a nice little village with great clean and clear swimming, otherwise not...

Extremely friendly welcome, although English not great (much better than my Greek though). Well appointed rooms with safe and good facilities. Had shared cooking facilities (although we seemed the only guests) and supplied equipment for making greek coffee which was a fun way to start our day. Monastiraki is a lovely spot||||Is uphill from the port and the walk down to town is only 5-10 minutes but we got very lost walking back up and were walking many back streets for 40 minutes so make sure you have your bearings before you head back...
