Domotel Neve Mountain Resort & Spa — Hotel in Edessa Municipality

We stayed at this very nice mountain resort for a long weekend and after my first visit there, I must say I was positively impressed by a number of things.||First, the service: congratulations to all staff, each and everyone with a smile, especially the ladies at the front desk! All readily available to assist immediately.||Breakfast was excellent, great variety and all tasteful and well-executed. Same goes for dinner, again restaurant staff was great!||As far as the room itself was concerned, it was comfortable, big, clean and fully equipped with almost anything one could ask for!||The view was great, because of the great location of the resort!||The spa area was excellent, clean and ample. ||The gym was just about sufficient, limited equipment, could use some improvement, especially within a 4 star resort.||The only downside I found was the wifi coverage. Probably because of the convention held there, there were moments that there was no internet connection at all, not even on cable connection. Something I believe does not conform with the otherwise high standard...

came with a academy trip. very kind but overworked and tired staff. cold rooms. bad owner decisions for maximum profit. felt like owner was doing us a favor instead of serving paying customers.||Water pump constantly making noise. the shower water changes from scorching hot to ice cold every few seconds. taking a shower needs good timing going in and out of the stream. (i see from other reviews that this problem is known for a while but nothing was done about it)||internet connectivity was nonexistent inside the room and slow and intermittent in the lounge area. one antenna serving 12 rooms that were build with stone on their walls in one...

The hotel is situated almost at the end of the village with superb view to the lake and also to the magic mountain which at that period was full of snow. The hotel accomodation is marvelous, in all respects and especially the rooms temperature is what we needed more.The spa facilities , the breakfast , the dinner was also impressive. But above all , the manager's and the whole personell behaviour is what counts more in this resort.We had an accident there and the help and the interest of all of them , was unexpectable.
