Eretria Apartments FM14 — Hotel in Eretria Municipality

A very unpleasant experience staying there. The owner of the place is aggressive, without any sense of service, communication with him is very unpleasant. I saw the ad for his apartment on the website for apartments for rent in Evia, there is no connection between the price he advertises there and the price he actually charges. When I first arrived at the place, he put me up in a great, clean apartment so I posted a positive post about him on Facebook and received feedback from two different people warning me not to live in his apartments. He also has very few good recommendations online for the time he has been running the place. He later moved me the studio apartment, which was entered from a parking lot. The apartment was very dirty, not sterile, very noisy and contrary to what he described when he told me about the apartment. A place that is not suitable for hosting guests and it turns out that it is also illegal in Greece to host guests in parking lots. Beautiful brand new studio!!! Highly recommend!! What I loved the most is the cleanliness of the studio! The bed was very comfortable and I also loved the backyard.
