Kahlenberg apartments — Hotel in Kassandra Municipality

I do not recommend!!! a total failure!!! we were lied cheated and stolen!! everything started from the first day, when we saw the building that didn't look like the pictures, and Ianis, the owner, told us that he couldn't give us the invoice and that we had to pay another 5€ for the price difference from the time of booking to the date of accommodation . the disappointment continued when I saw the rooms that had old furniture (one wardrobe), the bathroom was so small that when you sit on the toilet you were staying with the head in the sink and when you were taking a shower you were taken it over the toilet, the kitchen furniture was dirty and broken and also we found out that the beach is not theirs and we have to ask the manager of the Cora hotel to allow us access (their beach is 800 m from the accommodation without the possibility of reaching it by car at least , very hard work for my pregnant wife) after the first day, I noticed that the cleaning lady ( Elsa ) rummaged through ours personal belongings in the rooms and the old woman (the owner, Ianis's mother) entered our rooms immediately after we left. being more attentive, I also noticed that money, drinks, clothes and even children's food from the refrigerators started to disappear. we were a large group, we rented 8 rooms and things started disappearing from all of them, it was not an isolated case. after the phone discussions with Ianis, he started to threaten us that he will sue us for slander and although we asked him to forbid the maid or his mother from entering the rooms, this did not happen, noticing that things were still missing. both old Katerina/konstantina and ianis became verbally violent and continued to threaten us with the police for defamation. we decided to leave 2 banknotes in the room photographing the series. I returned to the room during the day and when I noticed that the money was missing, I went to the old woman to talk. it became very violent and continued to threaten us with the police. then we asked the maid to show us our pockets and after a monster scandal, she took out the two banknotes from her pocket, also we saw through the window of her car another personal things stolen from our rooms. ( we had all of this filmed with our phones )

we called the police and when they arrived, the old woman continued to yell at us, even at the police, and ianis continued with the phone threats. since it was the last night of accommodation, we were taken to the police headquarters, where the police told us that we could file a complaint, but it would be better to come to an agreement with Ianis to pay for the goods, the lack of which we noticed, as for the missing money, we cannot do nothing, so I didn't file a complaint, but the emergency call remained recorded.

in this situation, ianis refunded us the amount of approximately €200 after checking on the internet the amount of each product that we said we were missing. regarding the missing amounts of money (around 100 - 150 €) from each room, we were left damaged and with a bitter taste regarding...

Terrible! It's being stolen!||||968082481||||We took our vacation at this guesthouse between 24-31.08.2024, 8 couples with 6 children were accommodated.||I had the worst experience of all vacations because the cleaning lady was more busy cleaning our luggage than the room, she STOLE everything from money, jewelry, drink bottles, toiletries staff, food and drinks for children. Although we notified the guesthouse administrator repeatedly through calls and messages, he did not seem very interested in our situation in his villa, telling us that he would come to the checkout and it would be resolved.... On the penultimate day of leave, due to a rainy day, we returned earlier to the accommodation and the lady was "cleaning", so we managed to see a stolen bracelet in her car and we noticed that she had Romanian money in her pocket, money stolen from a room and I called the police, a big scandal ensued with the lady who didn't recognize that the money was stolen from us, even though I had taken pictures of the money left in the room and at their evenings, I informed the administrator again that the police were at his house but neither this time he did not appear to fix the existing problems, but preferred to tell us that he will accuse us of slander and that we denigrate his business, that we are Romanians and that we should not call the police, that it will take too long, that we will lose our day leave, that maybe we understand each other, in his hope that we would leave the next day and be left with the damage.||I arrived at the police station to remedy the situation. There, one of the police officers had a discussion with the administrator, who promised him that he would reach us within 3 hours to return the stolen money and the monetary value of the stolen goods.||The cleaning lady showed up the next morning as if nothing had happened, accompanied by a friend.||On a different note, the rooms are absolutely NOT clean at all, the lady uses a dirty mop in all the rooms without first vacuuming.||Spiders are at home everywhere.||The kitchenette is not properly equipped, the stove is burnt, dirty, without the possibility to wash dishes if you make something to eat, in the cupboards mess, spiders, the linen and towels were changed once in 8 days. During the day/morning if you go out to eat/sit for coffee in the Garden it is full of bed.||The beach is far from walking, not 2-3 minutes. Disaster!!! We stayed in the middle of August 2022.. I don't know where to start.. From the landlady, an old woman who immediately follows you as soon as you leave the room, turning off the refrigerator under the pretext of not consuming electricity while you are not in. Every day she enters the room and looks to see if you accidentally broke or stole something..very irritating woman... The bathroom is so small that it is bigger than this on the plane.. The beach is too far and you have to drive a few kilometers every day.Take care because the landlord avoids registering you for stay, so it may happen that you have problems at the border. Of course, to all the negative comments here and on Booking, the landlord writes that it is not true and that you have never even been to his accommodation..There are no necessary items for a long stay in the kitchen. There is not even dishwashing liquid, cloths or towels.. No spoons or pans, No coffee pot.There is no mosquito net on the door and window so it is almost impossible to sleep because of the large number of...
