Pelagus Villas — Hotel in Kassandra Municipality

Wasn’t totally sure when I booked the place because I couldn’t find many reviews online, as the venue is newbuilt, so I hope I will help some others with my review.

TL;DR: You definitely get what you pay for.

The long story: There are 4 houses built on the central road of the 1st leg of Chalkidiki. So it’s easily accessible and all the interesting places of the “glamorous” area of Chalkidiki are nearby (imho Afytos totally worth a visit). The whole complex is new so you always have a sense of freshness. There is private parking for the visitors and chargers for EV cars, which are free of charge (very important) All the houses have a private jacuzzi and a private terrace + garden with table and chairs, pillow lounge chairs and extra sunbeds. There is also a big shared garden with one small and one big table which are equipped with a Gas BBQ that any visitor can use.

From the garden there is a path that leads directly to the beach. About 80 meters (~2 minutes on foot). When you arrive at the beach, there is a free beach in front of you, if you are the “my tent and umbrella” type of person, but in your left side there is also an organized beach bar, with lounge music.

Very positive (and really unusual) that there was free WiFi with speed of more than 40mbps, so a few Zoom calls I had, run smoothly.

My house had 2 TVs on each floor, 2 bathrooms, 2 A/Cs, an espresso machine with free capsules, plates, glasses, toaster, and a refrigerator (where I kept my fruits)

Also very important that they offer all the necessities upon arrival (slippers, towels, shower gel, shampoo etc)

My family and I stayed at Pelagus Villas for 5 nights and had an absolutely wonderful experience. The villa is brand new, beautifully designed, and offers a true sense of luxury. One of the highlights was the private deck with a jacuzzi – we spent a lot of time there relaxing and enjoying the peaceful atmosphere.

The location is fantastic, just a short walk to the nearby beach. The beach is rocky and there are no beach bars, but you can use the sun umbrellas provided by the villa. Do note it’s not very appropriate for small children because of the rocks underfoot.

There’s also a lovely shared garden area with a large BBQ, perfect for evening meals and enjoying time together outdoors.

The hosts were incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout our stay, making sure we had everything we needed. Everything was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described – if not better!
