Best thing about the hotel is it’s location. For us, we were visiting a family in a nearby villa mere walking distance to the hotel.
We stayed in room 302.
Here’s the run down (+): close to the beach includes breakfast and dinner. There are no dining options unless you have a car. quiet overall shower is strong lots of shampoo and shower gel easy to get a beach chair, even on weekends provided you get there by 10 lots of variety of food elevator to get to villas at top of hill lots of friendly kittens to play with can get beach towels for a 10 euro deposit each quiet beach. Music turns on at 3 so make sure to position your chair accordingly clean sea. It’s rocky so be prepared if you have tender feet. No one wears sandals for the rocks. clear, beautiful water! we heard it was required to pay minimum 5 euros for drinks to use the chairs. Not the case. You can use for free. showers by the beach to wash off the salt and sand pomegranates, figs and oranges growing on the resort
Where improvements can be made (-): hotel is clean but dates. Feels like you’re entering a time warp. beds are creaky and soft balcony doors were hard to figure out. Read the room key instructions ;) try to get a top floor. Every morning we were woken by people moving chairs and opening drawers. Lots of kids who tend to be early risers missing out on revenue opportunities! Gift shop is barely stocked. I felt I was in cuba! Gazebo at top of hill has a few chairs there. Would be nice if before dinner they stock with a bar to sell drinks and play music. restaurant for dinner charges money for bottled water and drinks. Not included! 6 euros for a glass of wine. Beer at pool bar is 15 euros for small and large mythos. pool is small for the hotel size and packed. Not a lot of chairs. All the cool Greek kids hang here. there are beach floats in the old phone booths. Seemed they were owned by the hotel for the guests to use. So we borrowed a raft and some guy plucked it out of the water saying it was his! Not sure why people would store their floats by the lobby. some guests very dirty with their food. A couple let their baby completely demolish a high chair with Nutella. Many guests openly take stacks of bananas out of the breakfast area to eat later even though the rules are not to take food away. pay more for a better room. There were some rooms right up beside the elevator ! I couldn’t imagine hearing that noise every minute of every day and also people can peak in...

We’ve booked a stay for 6 nights from 15-20 August on a hotel marketed as a 5 star for a family of 4 adults. Pictures from the company official website and from google accounts are marketed as a 5-star hotel, this was the main factor when we’ve chosen this accommodation (showing beautiful rooms, beautiful bathrooms and extraordinary breakfast and dinner). When we reserved the room the hotel charged us the full amount, before our arrival. (we were forced to pay the city tax cash, hotel staff mentioned that the city tax can only be paid by cash - no card – they had also a sign at the reception having the exact message) Upon arrival we were accommodated in room 301, immediately entering the room we had a huge disappointment, the room was verry dirty (except for the sheets), doors were not properly closing, the mini fridge was dirty and barely functioning (inside of the fridge was verry warm and we had no option to adjust it, the adjustment button was broken), bathrooms were very old and not clean. Upon reservation the hotel staff mention that there are no additional costs for the stay. On the check in the staff mentioned that the sun beds are “free of charge” but we can only use them only if we make a 10 EUR / person/day. Dinner felt like a cantina, where the most luxurious food (fish fillets) was guarded by one cook so we could only get half a portion. Breakfast was even more disappointing. Feeling cheated by the false 5-star marketing campaign of the hotel I’ve took the decision to cancel our stay, checking out on the morning of 16th of August 2025 and requesting a full reimbursement for the remaining days. I kindly requested that at the reception, but I was refused, I’ve asked to speak with the manager of the hotel and I was invited in a room behind the reception, I’ve tried to explain to the manager of the hotel that we were cheated by his fraudulent incorrect marketing campaign; we’ve reached to a point when the manager admitted that the hotel is not a 5 star one – after showing the google details. Immediately after that he started yelling at me, slamming the laptop in front of him and kicking me out...
Read moreIf you love ants crawling all over your room then definitely stay there. We were lied to that this was going to be a 5 star resort and instead it turned into a nightmare. The resort is old, the furniture is old, the bed is rockhard, and you don’t even actually get a blanket with your bed, but simply a thin sheet. The tile in the bathroom was moving, the tub was rusted, and the toilet would not flush. To make matters worse there were red ants crawling all over the tile in the bathroom as well our bed. When we complained, we were told that the resort was fully booked and we couldn’t have another room. They sent someone 3 hours later who sprayed what looked like air freshener on the floor to make the ants go away and then left. It was the most disgusting experience that I’ve ever had in a hotel. Imagine trying to sleep and thinking about ants, crawling all over you! we paid close to $1500 for 2 rooms and 3 nights. We ended up leaving on the second night. I contacted Chase travel trying to get a refund and after three weeks of back-and-forth with this property, they told Chase that it was a nonrefundable reservation and that they were not going to issue a refund even though this isn’t a five star resort and we had ants crawling all over us. I’ll ask the property management directly on here, give me a refund for my booking. The amount of money that people pay to stay at your hotel and it’s a complete mess. Upon check-in, we were also asked to pay our room tax in cash even though there was a credit card machine sitting right there. The front desk lady told us that it wasn’t possible to pay the tax with a card. Tax avoidance scheme???
Update: Was told no on the refund. And they admit that ants may appear at the hotel and rooms but there’s nothing they can do because there is “plants” and trees around and a 5 star resort can’t do anything about...
