Eldoris is separated in two parts: the Beach Bar and the Restaurant. Beach Bar: we went to the beach bar in the afternoon (early September) with no reservation, which was no problem. There is Cabanas mostly in the first row of the beach for 50€ or two deck chairs, with table, beanbag and lounge chair under a fixed sun umbrella for 30€. The staff was friendly and explained us the options. The prices are deductable with items from the menu which consists of bar food and drinks. As an example we had the club sandwich, which came in twos, so it was great to share for 14€, two drinks for 7€ each and two cold waters for 1€ each, which summed up to 30€, so the space was for "free". I found the prices more than reasonable, especially for the nice space by the beach. The staff was checking if everything is good then and now and we found it a very relaxing afternoon. I found the music a tiny bit too loud and definetly too much Coldplay in the playlist. The sun umbrellas are non adjustable and only give shade for both deck chairs at noon. Otherwise at least one seat will always be in the sun. The beach consits of small stones and therefore the water is cristal clear. The day we went there was no wind and a very calm sea laying idyllic in front of us. The beach is on the west side, so you can watch the sunset if you like. Overall we enjoyed the Beach Bar a lot. The Restaurant: The Restaurant has no walls and is open to the western beach side with a road in between Beach Bar and Restaurant. I found the whole vibe a little bit too modern fancy, but that's a personal taste. We were very pleased with the flavor of the meals. Especially the Orzotto slow cooked beef cheek was incredibly juicy and tender. It was the best dish we had on our holiday. The prices in the Restaurant are rather high, but match the flavors and quality of the kitchen - delicuous! In the Restaurant the staff was also great and the meals were prepared...
Read moreSo... not sure how the last google reviews that I did read before I made a reservation here all 5 stars, and almost the same , that food is Incredible that service was the best in whole Greece, but not even close . I know some people are different and different taste in food service and everything but belive me 17 years of Greece and each year atleast 14 beach bars this is not even close to be top 5 in Kassandra arm. Umbrella are old outdated barely any shade half of sunbed is in th3 shade ( if you need any) they made some super nice updates at the restaurant area and bar and entrance but everything else is old. They have decent prices same as most of the beach bars in the area 50-60€ consumption per umbrella . Now the service we got George as our server most of the time he needs to be hunted down to order and when we came on the manu they had fresh juices and when I ordered one he almost lost it and raised his voice " no fresh no fresh!" Then when I asked about lemonade he rolled his eyes like wow just lemonade ( by the way that was the starter and a cappuccino) then I asked for shisha he said " 5 minutes it's a different guy" , I said ok no problem. After 30 minutes my wife asked again he said 5 minutes. Then shisha guy comes makes the shisha and never left utensils to work on charcoals or anything never switch round of charcoals but he made sure to tell me about the bag of tips connected to th4 hookah. On th2 2 x club sandwich they bring you 3 x but both portions was missing the bread for 1 and sub-par taste. Anyway maybe some other people have better taste but for me they have a lot to learn in being customer oriented and be more attentive. Bill 155€ tip 20€ if he was more attentive and keep asking us what we want bill could easy reach 300€ and tip 60 but I am in vacation not in hunting of server game 😉 Do better and update the beach to match the bar and restaurant...
