KEA PARADISE — Hotel in Kea Municipality

We stayed in this hotel for 3 nights. The location was very practical (not far from the port and several beaches). The hotel is located on a quite street. The room was nice and modern on appearance. However, on the first day we saw that there was two small stains on the bed sheets and a hand towel with a stain on it. The next day we asked for the cleaning of the room and they took the dirty towel but did not change the bed sheets. We also realised that the bathroom sink was a bit clogged and later so was the shower. As there was no receptionist for the first two days of our stay were only able to report this on our third day. However, after explaining everything in the morning he said that he would send housekeeping but when we came back before dinner nothing had been done because we had requested it too late in the day… We ended up spending the full three nights without any solution to the problems in the room. On the last night the receptionist said he would try to reach to the owner to see what he could do. Since he was not able to get him on the phone, he offered a bottle of wine as an apology - a nice gesture, maybe not enough for the problems we encountered and the price paid for our stay. This is my definition of a beautiful boutique hotel. Ticks all the boxes. The decor is gorgeous with an elegant choice of furniture & lighting.

The hotel is extremely clean. The breakfast is absolutely delicious. All the food is freshly made daily with many choices for children and adults.

On another review, someone mentioned the bed and I didn’t think much of it until I slept in the bed. Probably the best bed I’ve ever slept in. I just can’t emphasize enough how great the beds are.

The hotel staff was extremely kind and helpful. Georgios was so helpful throughout our booking, hotel stay and departure. He was so eager to assist and willing to provide information about the island.

The location is brilliant. This is an amazing little hotel, situated in a great location and only a short walking distance to many cafes and restaurants.

I spent a relaxing weekend with my family at Kea Paradise and I must say I was impressed from the excellent service throughout our stay, the truly homemade breakfast, and the cleanness of the room. Edge cutting technology together with a welcoming atmosphere in all hotel areas!

Totally suggested if you need to relax and enjoy your vacation in Kea! Very close to the port and to great beaches.
