horizon villas — Hotel in Lefkada Municipality

After a 7-night stay in Villa Ira in September 2022 we fell in love with Horizon Villas and came back again for 9 nights to Villa Nefeli in August 2023.

The villas are located on the hillside with a fabulous view over Vasiliki Bay and every morning provides a fantastic sunrise from the bedroom balcony.

Anna and her team do an incredible job of keeping the villas spotless including the exterior and is on hand (but not intrusive) should you need anything.

Both villas are equipped with a large fridge/freezer so purchasing food and storing it for over a week is easy and the mid-stay cleans provide the extra luxury.

Anna provides bottled water, cheese, bread, ham, and orange juice so there is no need to visit the shops as soon as you check in.

The location is great for a peaceful, relaxing holiday and the villa spacious and providing everything you require for your Summer holiday.

What a fantastic villa! With a breathtaking view, a fine swimming pool and a place that has everything you need for your relax-vacation. The villa is very clean and the service excellent. Owner George reacts quick and effective to your questions. A car is a must for exploring Lefkas and also convenient for the drive to the villa. But the trip from the villa to the village is pretty good walkable , certainly for those who like walking. There are three villa's with complete privacy and the photo's on the website of Horizon show what you get! One tip: if you follow Google Maps while you drive for the first time to the villa, don't go to the right on the main road where GM advices you to do so (where Hotel Santa Emelia is). You will loose the bottom of your rental car there ;). Drive on on the main road and where the main road is going slightly to the left: go straight. There is a sign which says...

What an amazing place! Perfect location to explore the whole island, infinity pool, spacious outdoor and kitchen area and the best view from the villa and the pool - you really feel the island life when with one glance you can see over 1000m high mountain peaks and the sea. Every bedroom have a terrace with the same view. They even left us some complimentary food and drinks in the fridge, which was a pleasant surprise after a 9 hour drive. Everything was super clean, including the pool. We will definitely come back to Lefkada just to visit Horizon...
