Pantheon Villas — Hotel in Lefkada Municipality

Very unprofessional host who doesn’t care about customer needs, who paying her to be her guests and they are treated like they shouldn’t be here.

She was hiding for 6 days, as we wanted to speak to her about her big dog, not sure about the breed /50kg/ I have pictures attached. It was running around the villas without leash and no-one to look after- 6 days in a row. Almost every day we were telling the staff who barely speak English that we cannot relax when the dog is around without the owner and the leash on it. There are also so many kids around who like to play and parents have to be careful about it as the dog is bigger size than the kid. This is pets friendly place and of course this was one of the reasons why we came and took our small dogs who was scared of the owner’s dog, myself was also scared, plus my mother is disabled and she is not able handle any situations when the dogs start barking. Every day they were telling us that we won’t see the dog but same story happened next day. we were seeing the dog in the mornnig and in the eving- inside and outside the resort. 2 nights in a row the dog came to our villa while we were having dinner at the open plan patio and ourselves and the people close to our villa had to run inside as we all got scared. There was also a woman who was pregnant and she god scared during her pregnancy, which is not normal.

All the staff was saying is that the dog is 8 months and very friendly. We paid more than 1000€ and received such a bad service.

I have very big travel culture and also worked 10y in hospitality business but never seen someone so unprofessional and arrogant as the woman who runs this business. Maybe that is the reason why people who worked there are unhelpful , not because of the language barrier, but because of the rules that are applied by their boss. Avoid this place, there are so many other nicer places around the area. Tried to attach pictures when the dog came again while we were have dinner at the terrace but they are not published due...

DON'T GO THERE! We just left from there very disappointed, family with kids. The view is very beautiful indeed but they tried to full us, at the arrival they gave us another villa than the one booked. Be very carefull, they send you mixt photos on the email, from 2 villas. The owner tried to lie to us that the one she gave us it s better...after we told her that we want what we paid....she moved us in the Vila that we've booked, obviously it was better than the first one. Than she told us that in fact....she gave us another villa at the beginning because she has another client which reserved more villas so she wants to give him our villa in the last days of outer staying. The main door from the living room which was the exit to the pool was damaged, it really couldn't be closed, the owner said that we broke it, FALSE...so anyone could enter into the house when you were gone. The shower was broken. The air conditioning was broken in some of the rooms, mostly on the ground floor. No signal on the phone in the house..at all...and NO INTERNET..at all (the owner said that will be fixed..FALSE. When we arrived, after 14 hours by car, we waited 3.5 hours for the house to be ready, 2 families with small kids....you name it how you want... The water had no pressure in the kitchen. After we told the owner that there are to many things not ok, as she presented at first and that we leave, she started to threaten us with the police that we need to pay 50% of the total amount..even we spent there only one night because of the multiple problems. It was a nightmare. Maybe for people that go there and have no expectations and they are satisfied only with the view....it s ok, but for the price that they ask ..we expect some great conditions, as they present. I urge you not to stay in this place. Besides the usual problems described by other people in the reviews (if you sleep upstairs you can hear everything from downstairs, bad wifi, no TV signal at all, squeaky doors, no hot water in the shower... ) I got not ONE, BUT TWO bacterial infections on my stay there..

I GOT BACTERIAL VAGINITIS from the pool as it was not professionally cleaned.. I had to take antibiotics that made me sick and nauseated for 10 days. On the day we had to leave, we vacated everything and started to go on our way. About 5 minutes on the road we realized we forgot my makeup bag in the house. We get back to the hotel and we saw THE OWNERS were swimming in the pool already that we had used... I imagine that if they were so gross with themselves they don't clean the pool so often for their VISITORS. DISGUSTING!!!

I also got STREPTOCOCCUS PYOGENES that led to a really bad case of IMPETIGO DISEASE. I will attach a photo of what that looks like on the review. I got it all over my thighs, legs, arms as it is VERY CONTAGIOUS and spreads super easily by contact (either person to person or from unwashed sheets to person). THEY DO NOT PROFESSIONALLY CLEAN THEIR SHEETS!!!! if you wash sheets in less than 100° these bacteria don't go away. We literally saw them cleaning the sheets ON THEIR OWN and then airdrying them.... Meaning they don't have fresh professionally clean sheets, towels and all..

There was no Corona virus protection whatsoever.. The house was not disinfected after the last guest was there.. We entered immediately after the guest left

THE STAFF WAS SO SO SO RUDE..
