Pelagoo Residence — Hotel in Lefkada Municipality

We spent four weeks in Pelagoo Residence and it was beautiful. The hosts, Fotini and Spiros, are impeccable and during our stay they meet our every need. The house is very nice, comfortable and tastefully furnished. It lacks nothing. It is located in a very beautiful position between the mountain and the sea with a splendid view of the Episcopi bay. We were also able to enjoy the excellent fruits from the garden, which belongs to the house, tomatoes, courgettes, peppers, just picked for us, and fresh fragrant aromatic herbs. We had a small owner's car available, as only a few residents' cars can drive on the island. In the evening it was very nice to have dinner with the setting sun, a truly unique sight! From the house it is possible to walk into the Mediterranean forest towards water springs and enjoy beautiful views. Or take the road that leads from Episcopi to the port of Kalamos, almost flat and lined with trees. Kalamos beaches are beautiful, some can be reached on foot. This is a very special place for those who love the nature, the sea and respect the environment, without giving up any comfort in the home. Thank you very much Fotini and Spiros!...

We had a really memorable stay at this beautiful house in Episkopis. It was everything we expected and more. The location of the house is idyllic, with access to a hiking/cycling trail right at the doorstep and the beach is 5 mins away on foot. The house is spacious, tastefully decorated and with an amazing view from the balcony. There is also a small organic vegetable garden that the host maintains for the guests. We made many delicious meals with the vegetables and herbs freshly picked from the garden, and we really enjoyed that.

Our host Ira was lovely, extremely attentive and knowledgeable about the area. She went the extra miles to help make sure we had everything we needed during our stay, from arranging transfer from the airports and between islands to making great recommendations on places to visit. This has really made a difference and our stay was so much more enjoyable because of that. I can't recommend this place enough if you are looking for a place to stay in Kalamos. We stayed at Pelagoo for 10 days, but could have stayed forever! It is situated on Kalamos, a dream-like, imposingly beautiful island. The house is walking distance/a short cycle away from gorgeous beaches with crystal-clear water, where we were often the only people there. There are panoramic views from the balcony to pine-forest covered mountains and the sea. The house itself is perfect and well-equipped with everything you could possibly need. We cooked for about half of the nights, while the rest were spent at an excellent Tavern nearby eating freshly caught fish (Varka). Spiros and Fotini deserve a special mention. They went absolutely above and beyond anything you would expect from airbnb hosts to make our stay perfect. The communication was great throughout. They also arranged our transfers from the airport (for a reasonable price) and the boat crossings, so that we didn't have to worry about a thing from start to finish. Thank you again! We cannot...
