Meltemi houses fully explains their name! You will realize and understand that only when you come here and stay for enough number of days. In a few days it is easy to explore the different sides of the island with their excellent beaches and hike the rugged paths in the surrounding hills and wastelands. We stayed for 16 nights and had wonderful time here. Ten days will be ideal for you to get a solid sense of life on Lemnos, and anything more than that is pure bliss! Vassilis and Kiriaki are wonderful, warm, discreet and normal people, and we felt like we were visiting our relatives or friends. The cottages are located in a beautiful location on the hill above the beach of Agios Ioanis and are perfectly integrated into the natural environment, and you can clearly feel and see how much care and love Vassilis and his family put into this place. All the houses have a fantastic view of the bay and Athos in the distance, and the sunsets from the terrace are magical. Meltemi houses and island of Lemnos are perfect for true lovers of nature and the slow life lifestyle who want a peaceful vacation and swimming on excellent beaches, but also like to explore and enjoy authentic food and good wines. We had great time here and Vasilis and Kiriaki were wonderful hosts! We went home with the feeling that we have made new friends in Greece and memories of the island and people who still value tradition, warmth and kindness. Once again I recommend from the bottom of my heart our great hosts Vasilis and Kiriaki and their lovely houses to all those who want to take a dive in slow life lifestyle and enjoy peacefull but still...

Me and my wife enjoyed a very nice 3 weeks stay at Meltemi Studios. The service was very good and this studios offer value for money in a good panoramic position. Easy parking and all you need. Thanks to Mr Vasilis, the owner/manager, very kind and helpful in all ways. We recommend this place to all the couples like us, but there are bigger apts...

Μείναμε στο Meltemi το 2ο δεκαήμερο του Σεπτεμβρίου για οκτώ μέρες και περάσαμε πραγματικά ονειρικά. Εξαιρετικό κατάλυμα "στα ψηλά" του Αη Γιάννη. Πετρόχτιστα παραδοσιακά δωμάτια, άνετα, πλήρως εξοπλισμένα, καθαρά (αλλαγή πετσετών - σεντονιών κάθε 2η μέρα) και προπάντων ήσυχα. Οι βεράντες είναι σκιερές το πρωί, οπότε απολαμβάνεις το καφεδάκι σου, ενώ το απόγευμα τα ηλιοβασιλέματα είναι ανεπανάληπτα. Παροχή WiFi χωρίς προβλήματα. Parking άνετο. Οι οικοδεσπότες ο Βασίλης και η Κυριακή πολύ φιλόξενοι, εξυπηρετικότατοι και διακριτικοί. Τι άλλο να ζητήσεις λοιπόν? Αν στο μέλλον πάω ξανά στη Λήμνο, εννοείται ότι θα μείνω στο Meltemi, κάτι που προτείνω σε όποιον επισκεφτεί το...
