I would like to share my negative experience with Niforos Panorama.||We booked a 4 night stay in a double room, when we arrived we had a 2 single bed room. Later, after calling their customer service, they decided to move us to a double room.||We were happy that we had the double room we paid for, however as soon as we entered the room, we were shocked!||First, the smell coming from the room was unpleasant, however we thought we could sort that out by opening the windows. We were wrong! It was a strong sewer smell coming from the bathroom, specially from the sink and shower. ||Then we started looking around...||There were pipes coming from the floor, in 2 areas, covered with brown tape. ||The fridge was full of rust on the top and it was extremelly noisy, we could not even sleep with the noise. Inside the fridge, were 4 spoiled and frozen nectarines and apples. ||The TV remote control was falling apart and had a brown tape around it.||The pillows were completely covered in yellow stains. ||One of the light switch was completely brown, as if it was burnt.||When the air conditioning was on, there was some interference with the light - the light was flickering all the time.||The room was dirty in general, had stains of coffee on the mugs tray and kettle. ||The main door handle was falling apart, the kettle was broken...||Unhappy with the conditions of the room, I called booking.com customer service straigthaway. As it was out of hours, they were unable to contact the hotel on the same day. ||On the next day, I contacted booking.com customer service again, who informed me that, due to the conditions of the hotel I could cancel my booking and get a full refund. I was also informed that in the meantime they would send a cleaner to deep clean the room.||We immediately searched for a new hotel, most of them were already fully booked, however we finally managed to find a new hotel and we abandoned Niforos Panorama on the same day.||Regarding the deep cleaning, the only difference noted was: the bed was made, the fruits in the fridge were thrown away and the sewer smell was even worse!||Lots of calls were made to Niforos Panorama customer service and booking.com customer service. Besides the time and money wasted, it was such a stressfull experience and our holidays were ruined.||In the end, Niforos Panorama refused to give us a full refund as requested by booking.com customer service. Taking in consideration that we never requested a full refund, we were willing to pay the night we stayed in. ||After a few more calls, Niforos Panorama agreed to refund us 2 nights, even though we only stayed 1 night.||We spent 188.5€ for 1 night stay at Niforos Panorama in a room without conditions, while we could have stayed in a 4* hotel for that price.||Niforos Panorama barely replied to my messages and everytime I called them, using the phone number provided by booking.com, they told that it was not their department dealing with my case but they would pass the message. Read moreMe and my husband first came across the Niforos Panorama on our way to Petani Beach in 2022. We loved the look of the place so much we booked to stay there in the first week in October. We were booked into room 1 which is the partial sea view room – the room was basic but had everything we required, a double bed with plenty of pillows and bedding, fridge, kettle, air con. The bathroom, especially the shower, could have done with a bit of updating but we managed perfectly well. After a couple of days we were very kindly moved to room 4 on the second floor as the hotel was quiet as it was end of season. This room had spectacular views of the sea and outlook, though the shower pressure wasn’t as good! Our room was also cleaned every day by Sophia. ||There was a good choice of food for breakfasts with all of the usual choices. I especially enjoyed the fruit, Greek yoghurt and honey! We were always met with a friendly face and conversation from Sophia and we were looked after and made to feel very welcome by everyone.||Katerina looked after us in the evenings and we really enjoyed the homemade moussaka.||All in all we had a wonderful time at the Niforos Panorama and spent a quiet week relaxing and enjoying the amazing views. I would not hesitate to come back...
