Worst experience ever In the photos everything looks great - but the reality is different This hotel has ruined all our expectations, we have never had such a bad experience in our lives. Let's start with how we found our room - toilet that constantly flushes, stuffy and stale room, ants, non-working air conditioning, big scratches on the glass of the pool, dirty pillows and bad smelling towels and sheets. We checked in very late and were tired, so we reported it to the reception the next day after breakfast, they assured us that everything will be fixed by the end of the day, very unprofessional, unfriendly and we felt and understood that they do not care about the needs of the guests and their reputation. Another room was not available as they were fully booked or they did not want to do it. Nothing was done on the same day as they promised, but also on the following days. Toilet that keeps flushing itself - was not fixed A/C not working - the next day we saw a worker checking something in our neighbors room so I asked him if he was there to check the A/C - he said yes but he didn't have the information to check our room too so we kindly asked him to do it. We also talked to our neighbors and their A/C was completely out of order and they couldn't sleep all night. Big scratches on the glass of the pool, also they didn't even clean the pool (we had a shared pool with two other rooms), on the second day I cut my big toe badly in the pool and my boyfriend went to the reception for first aid, my boyfriend got an answer from the receptionist that I could have cut my toe in another place but not in their hotel, thus implying that it is not true and gave him just a band-aid, the lady got angry at him that he has complaints and gave very unprofessional answers, he also told them about other problems we had and the lady pretended or maybe she really didn't know, again because of their unprofessional attitude. On the last day of our stay an ant control worker came - so you can draw your own conclusion. I don't want to say more about their breakfast, which was the same every day, bad and tasteless, about the parking and the location. We paid an exorbitant amount of money for the services they offered, 200 euros per night for such a disgusting hotel, no service, no excuses, nothing. I do not recommend this hotel at all. Avoid it completely.

When we arrived, we were given a completely different room than the one shown in the photos at the time of booking. There were no basic toiletries in the bathroom, such as shower gel or shampoo. We tried calling the reception several times to request them, but no one answered. Instead of standard white towels, we were provided with worn-out grey ones. The curtain in the room was torn. All hallway noises were clearly heard in the room, making it impossible to rest, as the walls were made of drywall with no sound insulation whatsoever. The room’s terrace faced directly onto the street with no separation or privacy, and there were a lot of insects and lizards that could easily enter the room if the door was left open. There wasn’t even a rack to hang and dry beach towels. The TV had no signal on any channel. The mini fridge was incredibly noisy, especially at night. The parking area was on a steep incline with a narrow one-way access road, made only of stones and gravel. On the morning of our departure, the entire hotel had a power outage. Overall, the conditions were far below the hotel’s advertised rating. This was a very unpleasant experience, and I sincerely hope I’ll never have to stay here again.

I am writing this review after staying at this hotel on three separate occasions over the past three months, spending over €1000 in total. Each time, we hoped the issues from the previous visit would have been resolved, but unfortunately things only got worse.

On our first stay, the room was clean and comfortable, but the door was not sealed properly and the whistling sound from the wind made it very difficult to sleep. Maintenance tried to fix it but the problem remained. Breakfast was also very poor, with limited selection and stale pastries.

On our second stay, we requested the same room. We understand requests are subject to availability, but when we arrived, the room was not occupied, yet the receptionist still had to call to check if it was possible for us to have it. Sadly, the door problem was still unresolved and the air conditioning hardly worked, making the stay uncomfortable. Breakfast was once again disappointing.

On our third stay, things were at their worst: • At check-in, the receptionist did not even stand to greet us, nor acknowledge us as repeat guests. • The glass panel around the swimming pool was cracked from end to end, looking unsafe. • The poolside poufs were filthy and clearly unwashed. • The toilet in our room barely worked and dripped constantly, disturbing our sleep. • The TV apps did not function — Netflix required an update and Amazon Prime did not work at all. • Breakfast was unacceptable: pastries left uncovered with flies on them, cheap processed meats, watered down orange juice. • Most concerning, our room door did not lock automatically. When reported, we were told it would be fixed, but later our keycards stopped working. The receptionist’s response was dismissive, even saying, “I hope you left your balcony window open in case we cannot enter.” Guest security was clearly not a priority. • At checkout, there was no thank-you, no acknowledgment, no smile, simply payment taken without any care.

To make matters worse, after our stay we received a phone call about some clothing left behind. While I appreciated the call, the staff member did not hang up properly afterward, and we overheard her gossiping negatively about us to others, complaining that she had to “pick up other people’s underwear.” This was extremely unprofessional, deeply disrespectful, and humiliating and yet the hotel never once apologised for it.

The only positives were the excellent work of Rena in housekeeping and Alex from maintenance, who both showed professionalism and kindness. Unfortunately, management and reception gave us the impression that guests are not valued here.

Finally, when I sent an email outlining these concerns, the hotel responded without even a simple “sorry” or any sign of remorse. For a hotel of this category, this lack of accountability was extremely disappointing.

Overall, what could have been three enjoyable stays turned into repeated frustration. The unprofessional gossip, poor service, and complete absence of an apology from management leave us with no choice but to say: we absolutely do not recommend this...

We booked a 2 nights stay for the private pool room. Lets start with the pros which are less than the cons sadly.

The hotel (especially the room) is at a nice lacation, viewing the seaside. Pool and balcony are very big, having a small patio outside to sit and enjoy your drinks and 2 sunbeds to enjoy the sun. Sadly the weather didn't help us(rainy and windy) and we couldn't enjoy this part of the room. Swimming pool has a filter which renews the water all day which is good, but the result is cold water if the weather doesn't help. Bed was very cozy and soft. Room had 2 air conditions providing a nice temperature. They have quite good breakfast, big variety, different things each day. Mostly of the staff were polite and nice.

Now the cons. Let me state that sadly the weather was not good so the small bad details were easily noticable. We checked in and walked to our room by ourselves. For a 4 star hotel i would expect at least a walkthrough of the room and everything included. The room was clean but not as clean we would expect for the money. Dust to some places and bathtub's and shower's showerhead were both full of salt. The room has a big bathtub in the corner of your bedroom which is a nice touch but it was not fully working. It was missing a button with which you could chooce from where the water comes(tap or showerhead) and the showerhead was broken. We called reception and they came to change the showerhead but they couldnt fix the button,so we had to fill the bathrub holding the showehead for half an hour. After request they gave us a small tool to be able to press the button but that only worked once(too big didnt fit in the hole),so we didn't try again. Outside the patio was nice but the wooden floor deck was not ready for summer season. Small pieces of wood coming out of everywhere, with result to step on them and "hurt" out feet,we had to go around with flip flops. Swimming pool looked cool, was not used because of the bad weather and cold water,BUT was dirty when we came. So they had to come and clean it during our stay. The plus - room has seperate toilet and shower BUT the minus sink is also outside of both of these rooms, like in the main room. Mini fridge was totally empty which is the first time i see in a hotel. We had only a small bottle of water, outside of the fridge, waiting for us. We paid 300 euros for a 2 night stay. Sadly not value for money. Maybe if the weather was good we could oversee these details but still,a 4 star hotel should offer a nice stay either way. Last but not least parking was in a bad condition. Very bad entrance which could harm your car for sure.

NOBODY except the very nice worker they sent us said that they are sorry for this poor condition of the pool, showerhead and broken button(not fixed) . Neither they mentioned it,neither they offered any refund, discount or...
