Perfect Coastal Retreat at Moukas Seaside Apartments!**

Our stay at Moukas Seaside Apartments in Selianitika, Greece, in June 2025, was absolutely awesome! From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warmth and hospitality by the owner, Mario. He went above and beyond by upgrading us to a larger room at no extra charge, setting the tone for our delightful stay.

The location of the apartment is simply unbeatable—just 4 meters from the water's edge! We loved being able to jump in for a swim whenever we pleased. The beautiful backdrop of the sea and the well-kept backyard amenities made it feel like a true paradise. Plus, being so close to the town square, we had easy access to charming restaurants and lively bars, allowing us to immerse ourselves in the local culture.

The parking was a breeze, conveniently located right at the front of the property, which made our explorations hassle-free. Our apartment was not only clean and cozy but also a perfect base for exploring the stunning area around Selianitika.

We had a wonderful stay at this apartment in Selianitika! Everything was spotlessly clean, nicely decorated, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable holiday. The terrace with a sea view was the perfect spot for morning coffee and evening relaxation. The location is ideal – right in front of the beach, and close to shops and restaurants. Super positive experience!!! First of all - Marios is a great guy!

The apartment is: new clean right on the seaside well equiped good working AC very nice small balcony with a sea view has a nice backyard street parking was OK with an amazing view. Marios went an extra mile to help us with everything that was in his power, even beyond that.

Selianitika is a very nice, authentic Greek village. Weather was great, beaches are not too crowded even at peak season, and not many foreign tourists - mostly Greek tourists (which I personally liked!). Restaurants are affordable, people friendly and entire experience was very positive.

Стан је: нов чист на самој обали мора добро опремљен добара клима која се не наплаћује веома леп мали балкон са погледом на море има лепо двориште улични паркинг је био ОК са невероватним погледом. Marios се потрудио да нам помогне у свему што је било у његовој моћи, чак и преко тога.
