Electra Villas — Hotel in Municipality of Apokoronas

Dear friends!

The only thing I say to you, do not rent a villa from a world-famous thief and swindler! Let me tell you my short story: My wife and I found this villa when it was being built. We were probably the first people to fall in love with the place. In 2019, 2020 and 2021, we spent two months in villa number one every single year. Since it was not just a one-week holiday, but we spent our entire summer here, we bought a lot of things on the island that we needed for our daily life. Over the years we have bought a TV, a microwave, lots of technical equipment, and we have also bought a lot of beach equipment, diving equipment, hiking boots, clothes, food and lots of other things over the years. With the owners approval, we let these things there in the villa number one’s basement for storage that we would pick up the following year.

Then we had to skip our holiday in 2023 and finally returned to the island in 2024. After our arrival we tried to contact the owner via Messenger but he didn't reply for days. We didn't know why he was doing this, we thought if he scrolled back through the messages he could see who we were and to make things ever easier we sent a photo of ourselves. Two days later we got a short message from him saying he didn't know what it was about and we should leave him alone, then he blocked our profile. So did his former cleaning lady who we tried to reach on the phone. She blocked us on her phone.

And then one day I went to the villa, stopped in the parking lot and waited for the cleaner to arrive, and asked him if he knew about these things in the basement. He immediately called the owner, who of course immediately knew who I was and immediately came to me and asked what I doing there and said that he would call the police. The cleaner managed to get the number plate of my car and announced that I had illegally entered the villa, where I was doing nothing but sitting on the stairs. On the phone, the owner told me that he knew nothing about it, that he didn't remember anything, that the basement had been cleaned out a year ago and that he didn't know anything about anything we had left behind. Of course he wouldn't let the cleaner show me the cellar. Friends, we are talking about 6 huge transparent plastic IKEA crates! How come no one knows about this?

So this man has robbed me about 5000!€ He lied to me, was completely unfriendly and even reported me to the police for going there to get what was rightfully mine.

I guess if you go to his apartment and then one day - when you come back from some trip - you will find that a lot of your stuff is gone!

Piękny widok na góry. Apartamenty i baseny bardzo ładnie zaaranżowane. Wszystko pod ręką, wygodnie i spokojnie. Wyposażenie we wszystkie najpotrzebniejsze sprzęty. Jedyny minus to lekkie niedoróbki (np. wiszące kable w ścianach) ale nie przeszkadzało to nam w wakacjach...
