A great villa in a great location, unfortunately in wrong hands...rude owners, the owner almost "threatend" me in telephone when we absolutely politely mentioned some issues (i.e. expired welcoming products, less well cleaned WC) which could easily have been solved without big stories...initiative for this behavior was the payment (although we have paid the entire amount 3 days before the end of our 5-days stay!!!)...nothing reminding cretan hospitality in...
