George's Studios — Hotel in Municipality of Central Corfu and Diapontia Islands

😊: Staying in Ermones was the best choice. We had Studio 1 on the top floor, with a huge bed, a wonderful balcony, and a well-equipped kitchen. We really enjoyed spending time on the terrace, as the view was beautiful at any time of day. The room was cleaned daily by a lovely lady who did an excellent job. We received 4 clean towels, which were regularly replaced. The room is like a studio apartment, so comfortable and well-designed that I could imagine living there. We appreciated the little details, like having a freezer, which allowed us to buy ice creams without worry. The blackout curtains were perfect, the air conditioning cooled wonderfully, and it had many functions.

The owner is incredibly kind and helpful, always available. The beach is indeed very close. We ate at Taverna Maria every day, and the food was divine. There’s a mini market nearby where you can find everything—sunscreen, shower gel, groceries, and swimming essentials.

We rented a car, which made everything easy to reach, but if someone just wants to relax, the nearby taverna and beach will more than meet their needs!

The location of the pension is excellent, on a steep hill overlooking the sea. It has a garden were you could stay in the sun or under the shadows of trees. Ermones is a small village, not very "touristic" which made it excellent for us. It is close to Kerkyra town and other places on the island, easy to go at a different place each day.||||Parking is available on the property, and you will need a vehicle to get around the island.||||Wifi is available and the signal is good.||||The room is small, only basic furniture and equipment; the cabinet is not even 60cm deep so the clothes on hanger must stay in diagonal. The bed is comfortable and big (two 90cm wide beds which can be joined with a piece of sponge between the mattresses).||The bathroom is very small, it's a challenge to close the door when you are inside it. The kitchenette also is very small, no countertop, only place is the top...

😊: The studios look better then on the pictures, the view from the balcony is amazing. The building is located 3-5 min walk from the beach, no waves, cristal clean water but stones, so it’s good to have shoes for swimming. The owners of the studios are super nice and our room was cleaned everyday and we were never woke up or disturbed because of the cleanig, the owners waited until we go out. The rooms have a small kitchen with all necessary dishes and pots, there is a wine opener as well. Shower gel, shampoo and soap in the bathroom. 5 min walk from the studios there is a mini market, pizzeria with very good pizza and a resturant at the beach with good food but a bit overpriced.
