Lydia's Apartments — Hotel in Municipality of Central Corfu and Diapontia Islands

We are a family of travelers, we spent almost a month in Greece and decided to stay a few more days. We chose at the last minute and were unfortunately disappointed. When booking it was not clear which floor you would be staying on. I thought we would be on the first floor, but we were given an apartment on the second floor, and there were very steep, slippery stairs leading there. We had a lot of luggage and my wife slipped and fell on it. The cleaning in the kitchen is not very good, and although there is a dishwasher, almost all the dishes are not very clean. The bathroom door is swollen from moisture and will not close. There are mosquito nets, but as it got dark we were bitten by mosquitoes at night. The road noise is just terrible. it felt like a passing motorcycle was passing through our room. You can be sure that you won't fall asleep until two o'clock in the morning. The exit is very dangerous, there is no mirror on the road. Privacy is out of the question; if you leave the air conditioner on, you can be sure that someone will come to turn it off while you are away. I made a remark about this, but received an answer that this was an extreme measure and that according to the rules of the house (descriptions of which we have not seen anywhere) this is unacceptable and if we have something missing, we can call the police, and if we don’t like it, then we have the right leave. In conclusion, I can recommend not visiting this location in Corfu, there are many better villas and apartments in one of which we stayed...

Excellent accommodation! Located in the middle of the island, it allows you to reach top-rated beaches in just 15 minutes. The owners are very nice and helpful, the apartments are spacious, and the kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need...
