Naiades Luxury Apartments — Hotel in Municipality of Chania

We had such a great stay at Naiades Luxury Apartments. The apartment had been newly renovated, was very spacious and complete with a kitchen/family room and all the useful amenities including wifi, air conditioning, hot water and a cozy and very clean pool area with BBQs and seating. |Location was ideal! It was close to the airport (CHQ – 7km/ 5 miles) and offered plenty of street parking for our rental. Chania was a quick drive away (9km/ 6 miles) to visit areas like the Old Venetian Harbor and the Agora. There was a great neighborhood market located about 2 blocks away that offered deli meats, fruits, fresh eggs and everything we needed that was open until 23:00/ 11pm. Kalathas Beach was a short 10 minute walk on foot and was beautiful! We really enjoyed how quaint Kalathas was and it’s larger neighboring town, Kounoupidiana, which was a short drive away (2km/ 1 mile) offered ATMs, gas stations, pharmacies, and plenty of restaurants including our favorite, Mitso’s BBQ, which was recommended by our very courteous and helpful host, Polyvios.|Our stay at Naiades was super relaxing and we will return. The value was great for our apartment and Polyvios answered all of our questions and had nice recommendations for places to explore and visit in Chania. We couldn’t have asked for a better...

Very nice apartments with all necessary amenities, including a swimming pool and daily cleaning service. They change towels daily, which is a huge plus. Another advantage is the AC in every room. There’s also a gas BBQ available for use (we used it, and everything was in working order—although it was out of gas, a quick call to the owner sorted it in 5 minutes).

Be aware if you're booking with a larger group, as the sofas in the living rooms are not the most comfortable places to sleep. There are two shops, a restaurant, a bar, a motor hire place, and beach access all within a 5-10 minute walk.

Keep in mind that the location is very close to the airport (15 minutes by car), so you may occasionally be bothered by loud planes taking off.

They could work on Wi-Fi signal, it was working well in some places, and then there was none in other.

Overall, it's a well-priced, clean, and well-equipped place to spend quality time...

We stayed in a 2 bed apartment in this small complex. The place was great, two balconies plus a further outdoor eating space, air conditioning in each room, TV, fridge etc. Hardly anyone else was around so we had the pool to ourselves mostly. Beach is a couple of minutes drive, and Chania about 25 mins drive. There are a couple of small and very basic shops nearby for bread, but to stay any length of time here you really do...
