Joy Exclusive Villa — Hotel in Municipality of Chersonissos

The Villas are absolutely stunning with amazing views and the housekeepers Markos and Rosa do a fantastic job and are really lovely people!

However, my experience was so stressful. I booked Joy Villas to stay and for my wedding. I was told in the winter about renovations with no updates until 2weeks before arrival, they still weren't ready. They tried cancelling our booking 2 DAYS before our arrival as the owner wanted a further 2000Eu. Luckily Airbnb fee made them change their minds but Eliza said all damages were on her and we had to be careful with the children. We felt unwanted and like we couldn't touch anything or make ourselves at home there. A supplier at the wedding caused damage but agreed to sort it. I didn't appreciate a call at 7.30am and threats throughout the day after my wedding from Eliza! Eliza was also very nasty to Markos when she came to check the villa, she shouted at him and upset him in front of us about the oven that wasn't wired in that she had...
