Element Hotel Elafonisos — Hotel in Municipality of Elafonisos

Overall we were very happy with Element Hotel: perfect location overlooking the sea, quiet and peaceful and close drive to both town and beaches. Haris was the perfect host and made great coffee! Breakfast included a wide range of choices with good quality local products such as homemade pies and savouries, delicious jams, fresh fruit, yoghurt, cheeses, olives etc. As Lakonia has an abundance of orange trees I'd prefer fresh orange juice. The rooms were spotless and comfortable. The only thing I would've liked is a small kitchenette for basic needs like making coffee, washing a cup or fruit. I would love to visit again and definitely recommend it as one of the best choices in Elafonissos! Congratulations for offering a high level of service and genuinely good hospitality. P.S. Good simple clean hotel. Close to Kato Nisi beach which we preferred, vastly, to Simos beach - less crowded, more interesting snorkelling, less developed (on beach).||Breakfast limited - very little fresh fruit or savoury items. Friendly staff. Given parting gift of pickles. Rooms simple and clean, very effective air con. Roof top terrace desperately needs shade as do room balconies. Spectacular view from room balcony over the Mani peninsula and sun setting over mountains there. Need car to get to Simos beach (15 min drive) or port town (restaurants etc) 5 mins. Parking in port very limited and disorganised. Ordered taxi easily one night (£20ish return fare) to port. Facilities very limited - parking in rubbly area, no pool, no café/restaurant other than empty roof top bar (closes early I think). Wifi worked well. Would stay again. Choices on island are limited. Location can assure you quiet place for your vacation. Very close to the center, port or beaches. Very nice spacious, clean room with great view and sunset spot. We had nice amenities as well. There was nice breakfast served with homemade produce, marmalade and cake. All their staff was very friendly, hospitable and compiled with all covid regulations. Hotel offer large parking on site. Their garden is so nice, well kept, full of nice trees and flowers. They had their own figs at breakfast. We had great time in Elafonisos. I have been visiting the island for past 8 years, never stayed in Element hotel but I will definitely prefer this accomodation for my future stay. I can only find one negative I would like to mention and that is the furniture on out balcony. It was very old and shaky. Perhaps time...
