Elaia Grove — Hotel in Municipality of Kalamata

Talk about SLOW LIVING. That is exactly what Elaia Grove Kalamata is all about. The host has created a slice of heaven on the outskirts of Kalamata. My wife and I stayed here for 3 nights and it is perfect. The house is spacious with a fully equipped kitchen including a fridge and outdoor washing machine. What makes this villa truly special is the pool outside that is surround by olive trees and flowers. You also have the stunning view of the mountains in the background. If you book this accomodation you can give the beach a break for a few days and enjoy the tranquility of the home. Kalamata city is only an 8 minute drive away if you need to go out to the shops or dinner and the beach is also a 5 minute walk down the road. I am really looking forward to returning here...

My stay at Elaia Grove in Kalamata was absolutely wonderful! 🌿 The accommodation is spotless, beautifully designed, and surrounded by peaceful olive groves that create a truly relaxing atmosphere. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, and fully equipped — perfect both for a short getaway and for a longer stay. The host, Penny, were exceptionally welcoming, kind, and very respectful towards me and my partner, which made us feel completely at ease. It’s definitely a gay-friendly place, and we really appreciated the warmth and hospitality. She was always available to assist with anything needed. The location is also excellent, close to Kalamata city while offering easy access to stunning beaches. I would definitely choose it again and highly recommend it to anyone...

Heaven on earth. Amazing combination of simplicity, well-designed comfort, and aesthetic pleasure. We stayed for a week, family of four in the smaller of the two flats. We all loved our time there -- for sure we want to visit again. Not centrally located, so a car is needed; however, the place is so relaxing that you may not want to go anywhere else but just sit back and recharge doing simple things: lounging, basting in the sun, watching movies, team cooking and chatting around the amazing kitchen table, reading in the shadow, immerse in the silence... there is so much to do in this place and enjoy every corner of it.
