We had the most wonderful stay at Panos’ place and can’t recommend it highly enough. From the moment we arrived, Panos went above and beyond- welcoming us with thoughtful treats and making sure we had everything we needed. He shared excellent recommendations for restaurants, day trips, and local gems, which made exploring the area so easy and enjoyable.

The house itself is spotless, tidy, and very well equipped, with peaceful gardens full of fruit trees (the figs were truly life-changing!). Waking up to stunning views of the water and having the beach just 100m away made our stay so restorative and special. The location is ideal- there’s a market and bakery just around the corner, and we loved being able to pop across the road for gyros and freddo cappuccinos.

Panos’ generosity, kindness, and attention to detail really stood out and made our trip unforgettable. We left feeling completely recharged and are already planning to return next year- there’s no doubt...

I stayed here with a group of 4 and we had a truly lovely time. The villa is neat, clean, and has the essentials you need. The outside of the property is stunning with green spaces and views of the sea, and 3 separate patio areas to take in the evening views over a glass of wine. The topmost patio is divine with fresh breezes and beautiful flowers, and we opted to spend one night in at the villa just to enjoy it. Panos, the owner was responsive and helpful with all questions that arose, and provided some traditional Greek snacks that we really enjoyed. Please note while it is listed as having 3 bedrooms, one of the bedrooms is actually a loft space accessed by a ladder within the second bedroom, though with a high ceiling and was not an issue for our group. Don't forget to try an outdoor shower just outside the kitchen door. We can't wait to...

If you stay near Kalamata I highly recommend this property. Panos, the owner, is very helpful with tips and guides and welcomed us on our arrival. He'll make sure you have a perfect stay, gives advise for great restaurants and excursions in Peloppones.

The villa itself is spacious, with comfortable beds, 2 bathrooms, well equiped kitchen. The garden is very big and extremely well maintained, with many places to unwind, comfortable sitting options. There's also an outdoor shower and 2 large gates to enter the property with ample space to park your car(s).
