Petra boutique homes and villas — Hotel in Municipality of Kalymnos

We have stayed here five times, hand have used most of the apartments / villas. We visit Kalymnos for climbing, but like it to be a luxury holiday as well as a climbing trip, and Petra fits this perfectly. This year we visited with a 6 month old baby, and Petra was perfect for our little one.||All of the apartments are beautifully built (and are environmentally considerate), in a luxury style with thought given to everything. If you are coming purely as a relaxing vacation, this is a wonderful place to stay.||If you are coming to climb, it is even better, probably the best location in the island to access the Arginonta crags (which are the best on the island and less busy than the Massouri ones) such as Ahri, Sea Breeze, Skalia, Ghost Kitchen and Arginonta itself, most of which are walkable.||Coming with a baby, we were given everything we could possibly need to make the stay comfortable, and save us bringing things you often need.||The owners and staff are truly lovely, and after years of coming we certainly consider them friends.||I particularly note the two new villas which are truly the height of luxury, I believe they are the best accomodation on Kalymnos.||Cannot rate Petra highly enough. We live on the neighbouring island of Kos and wanted a weekend treat after the summer season. Petra Boutique didn't disappoint! It was the perfect choice for our girls break. The accommodation is stunning, from the views down to attention to detail in the rooms. Everything we needed was supplied and the hosts are welcoming, friendly and helpful. The room supplied bathrobes, slippers, shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, bath salts, towels, duvets, mosquito plugs, coffee, tea, jams, water, toaster, kettle, Nespresso machine, toastie maker, pots, pans, cutlery, hairdryer..... everything you could need!! ||We stayed for 2 nights, and 3 days. Enjoying sitting out on the terrace having breakfast overlooking the beautiful calm scenery. We travelled around the whole island, taking in the breathtaking views. We took the boat over to Telendos for a couple of hours and watched the sunset on the boat back (this only costing €2.50 each way).||||It has been the perfect choice for our trip and I would definitely return.||||My only bit if advice is that the property is not suitable for those with walking difficulties due to the steps but this didn't bother us one bit.||||Fantastic place, thank you to Petra Boutique for an...
