Bonatsa Beach House — Hotel in Municipality of Kimolos

Health risk in bathroom - shower and tap head would consistently electrocute us, to the point that our hands would feel numb for a few minutes. Management ignored our complaints and lied, saying that it's a problem for everyone in the island. We asked around, the locals said it wasn't true. The people next door (same hotel) had the same electrocution problem. Thus, the elderly or people with kids might reconsider visiting.

We stayed for a few days, management never made any attempt to fix the problem or even apologized.

Located a stone's throw from the beach, the set up is ideal for anyone seeking a relaxing time on a tiny, incredibly picturesque island only twenty minutes away from the more famous island of Milos. Unbelievable experience!!! Not only the photos of the place , location and surroundings have nothing to do with reality, but without being informed beforehand we were told upon our arrival that the breakfast which was included in the price we paid will be served at another location 3 klms away. We were so dissatisfied of everything and most of all the unprofessional way we were treated. Moreover our holidays were ruined and while speaking numerous times with the manager and general manager of the Aria group which confirmed us of the refund of our money we are still waiting.
