Casa Verde Rooms & Bistro — Hotel in Municipality of Lagadas

Just returned from 5 nights at Casa Verde in Lakgadas, about 15km north east of Thessaloniki.|Really enjoyed our stay in this excellent, very well maintained small hotel. Very good comfortable, clean rooms with balcony overlooking the central square above a really good Bistro/Cafe. Especially busy at weekends as it is very popular with all ages, younger ones on Saturday nights and families on Sunday nights, but rooms are very quiet. Great Greek breakfast of yogurt/honey, eggs, hams,cheeses, bread, croissants, cakes,coffee and juice,. Simple choices for evening, Pizza, Pasta, Local Pies etc all fresh cooked and served by a very friendly young team of attentive and professional staff. ( Oh and the pancakes are delicious!). It's located about 10 minutes from the highway so getting around anywhere by car was very easy. Central Thessaloniki is only 20/25 minutes away. This hotel was a great base for us to tour the area. Spent 3 nights in this lovely hotel in mid-September 2022, without a doubt the best place to stay, especially for locavores who LOVE Breakfast! The Breakfast is included with the room and is comprised of eggs, breads, pancakes, and more! The room is very clean, well appointed, comfortable and quiet with a balcony. The Rooftop Bar was enjoyable as the sun set on a recent Friday night as I sipped a Greek Vin Santo wine for only 6 Euros! You'll feel like you've found a wonderfully small friendly Greek and English speaking community to use as a jumping off point to explore the area and vineyards without the intensity of Thessalonikki. I highly recommend and thanks to my cousin, Christos for recommending. Five stars all the way, thanks to hotel staff, Eleni, for her kindness...

I stayed at The Casa Verde for my wedding weekend with my family and the hospitality we received from the staff here was beyond outstanding. Eleni in particular went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable and she went as far as decorating my room on the day of my wedding and the lead up to it with flowers and balloons. Eleni thank you for being so kind and helpful.

The rooms were lovely and we all enjoyed the buzz of the cafe/bar downstairs, often spending several hours just sitting downstairs and relaxing!

I cannot fault this stay and cannot wait to...
