Levadia Hotel — Hotel in Municipality of Livadia

Great Location of the Hotel, we checked in and received a cars for a room that was not cleaned and the sheets not made.

We came down to the reception again and received another key for another room.

We booked the modern rooms and not the old rooms. We came in on a Sunday with 39oC and it immediately became apparent that the room had a Heat Pump and not AC. You are not allowed to set the room temperature because it is centrally controlled and set at 26oC in the Summer. We were sweating and it took the system at least 10 minutes to have any cooling effect. However after that we had no problem at all. It is the nature of the HVAC system that is different to the A/C we have gotten used to.

The other downside is the toilet which is square.. And not egg shaped oval. There is a reason all these years toilets had one shape and that is ergonomics. Especially for men this toilet it very awkward to use.

On the toilet room the have a sliding door on caster wheels that have not been lubed at all for a very bery long time. My wife could not slide the door open anc close on her own stength.

On the 25th of July 5am there was no Hot Water at all for the shower of the Room, so we were forced to take a cold one. Again the Heat Pump is to blame. We had AC throughout the night no problem.

On the plus side there is Breakfast in the morning on the ground floor at a good locking space next to the reception area. 7am-10am

The staff is friendly and will solve the problems issues This is the best hotel in Levadia after all, however certain design modernisation choices are not the best and unfortunately there is a norm around here around heat pumps and square toilet both of which I personally deeply hate.

In terms of walkability and nearby restaurants there are plenty of choises, there is WIFI, Walkability and safety...

The hotel is situated in the centre of the city, near to all sightseeings. Nearby is a freeparking area for the residents of the hotel, if you don't find a parking place directly in front of the hotel.|Some rooms of the hotel have been renovated, but we prefered to stay for one night in 2 old rooms (which are cheeper) , as we were passing by to the south. So, I can't judge the new rooms, which propable are much better. The old rooms need a renovation too, and this is also the management's purpose. |The stuff is polite, excellent and helpfull.|I liked the city very nuch and I will come back for more days to discover the region of Viotia and I will stay at the same hotel but the next time i will choose definitely the...

Μειναμε σε 2κλινο ανακαινισμένο και πανάκριβο.Συμφωνησαν άλλη τιμουλα τηλεφωνικά από αυτή του booking συμπεριλαμβανομένου πρωινού.Δεν τους χάλασε.Ομως εν όψη covid 19 το πρωινό το σέρβιραν στο τραπέζι.Δυστυχως όμως επιαναν αυγά, κεκακια κλπ με γυμνά χέρια. Φυσικά δεν κάτσαμε λογο ασθένειας και όταν ζητήσαμε αφαίρεση του πρωινού από την τιμή αναφέροντας τον λόγο,δεν ζήτησαν καμία συγγνώμη ούτε ασχολήθηκαν με το σοβαρό της κατάστασης και αντιθέτως μας έκοψαν μόνο 5 ευρώ(ετσι μάλλον το κοστολογουν εκεί το πρωινό τους) και αντιμετώπισαν το θέμα μας με αγένεια και ειρωνεία. Μην σας ξεγελούν οι φώτο και η μόστρα! Είναι πάνω σε κεντρικό δρόμο. Παρόλο που έχουν πινακίδες για πάρκινγκ πελατών απεξω για να βγάλεις τα πράγματα σου, δεν θέλουν να τους κλείνεις την εισοδο επομένως δεν έχεις που να βάλεις το αμάξι. Δεν σε βοηθάνε σε αυτό. Σου λένε δωρεάν πάρκινγκ το οποίο είναι μακρυά και δεν το βρίσκεις αν δεν βάλεις ντετέκτιβ διότι το προσωπικό βαριέται να σου εξηγήσει πως να το βρεις. Συγκεκριμένα για το πάρκινγκ, κάτι που δεν θα ξεχάσω ποτέ,ζητήσαμε να αφήσουμε το αμάξι απεξω λογο μεταμοσχευμένου ανθρώπου και μας απάντησαν "αρκεί να μην κλείνεται την εισοδο "Σημειώνω ότι έχει ταμπλέτες από τη μια άκρη στην άλλη που λέμε ότι είναι για τους πελάτες.Ετσι παρκαραμε όπου να'ναι με άρρωστο (80% αναπηρία).Στον οποίο έδωσαν πρωινό πιασμενο με το χέρι και δεν ζήτησαν ούτε συγγνώμη. Το απόγευμα μας έκοψαν το ζεστό νερό και περιμέναμε να το ξαναζεστανουν. Ύστερα ακούγαμε θορύβους από παντού.Απο τον δρομο-δίπλα-πανω κλπ... Αν κάτι μας χάλασε την διάθεση είναι αυτό το ξενοδοχείο στο οποίο πετάξαμε τα λεφτά μας ! Αν θες να φαίνεσαι πολυτελής πρέπει πρώτα να είσαι! Και εσείς δεν είσαστε ούτε...
