I spent 3 gloriously quiet and restorative days at Maison Meltem and came away refreshed, invigorated and ready for my next adventure.

Giannis and Olivier are consummate hosts. Giannis, in particular, was attentive yet not intrusive, and he prepared truly exquisite food for me during my stay. I didn’t need much while I was there, but I felt that any request would have been attended to without question.

The rooms, the dining area, the entire property has been constructed with care and attention to the smallest detail. The fixtures and finishings are all high end — everything feels lovely to the touch, from linens to light fixtures. The interior design is minimalist without feeling cold, and the mini infinity pool and patio area attached to the room are perfection. USB-c ports are thoughtfully placed near the bed, and I appreciated the keyless room entry as well.
