The only thing we did not like in milos and ruined our vacations. |The problem started by the time we arrived at the port of milos and informed them that we 'll be at the hotel within an hour. After arriving there we called them again, as there was no one in the reception, and they told us that they we 'll be there in 10 minutes. We had been waiting for 50 minutes and there was no one so we called again and after 15 minutes they came.|After waiting in the sun for an hour to pick us up we decided to take a bath and what we saw? dirty towel !!! We considered what else could happen but the worst was yet to come. || The next day, when we had a bath again the bath head broke so we asked them to change it, but they told us that they didn't have one at a time and wait until tomorrow. As you can imagine we had our bath with the spiral !! The same day when we arrived from our walk (approximately 2 in the morning) we saw that the hotel didn't have electricity. The only hotel in the block as the hotel right next to us and the road lamp were working properly. And no electricity means no water in this hotel as the water works electricly. No water, no lights, no air condition! We called them at a phone we were given to inform them and within 30 minutes the problem was fixed. ||Next day! (What else could happen there god!) Again after arriving at our hotel 3 in the morning the hotel had a blackout so we called them again, but this time no answer. We called them in 3 different phone numbers and they didn't pick it up. After calling them for 10 times(not kidding) they picked it up and came at the hotel after 40 minutes. As they were trying to fix the problem the electricity was going on and off constantly! |We got sick of this hotel. Nothing was working! Can you imagine our frustration? The last day we asked for a refund at least for 1 night and what they talled us is that from their side they were perfect and we should be thankful for providing us electricity and water in the midnight and we should have any complaint as HE WOKE UP in the morning to fix this problem. ||Honestly I have nothing else to say! The worst hotel and service I have ever faced! And what bothers me more is that not only they did not provide the basics, but also they did not say sorry at least ONCE! ||Ps. The WiFi is a lie! We have been trying for 4 days and no connection anywhere...
Read morePros :Location by the road Adamas-Pollonia, near Mytakas beach not far from Sarakiniko beach, nice triple bedded studio with well equipped kitchenette, very welcoming cleaning lady /receptionist, nice -not very big- pool with wonderful view on the sea(we have admired some excellent sunsets over there) ,ample parking space, bus stop right outside the complex, good rate for July (75e/night)||Cons: No hot water on the shower after 19.00 the first 3 days , short bath curtain and bath flooded after a shower, not very good wi-fi signal (especially on windy days) , car needed to visit the island and the beautiful beaches(but we knew that when we made the...
Read moreWe stayed 5 nights. The location had some favorable points being close to Saranikio Beach. The pool was nice and the sunsets were beautiful. However, there's nothing within walking distance. The biggest problem was that the water is non-potable so you have to bring in bottled water. Theodore was generous day 1 with getting us a bottle of water. We ran out on day 4 and didn't have anything to drink or make coffee with. I asked him for water and he said, no, it's a big problem. In my 2 months of traveling in Greece, I never experienced a total absence of hospitality like I did here. I would not stay here again, nor would I recommend this hotel...
