To start off this review the customer service provided at this hotel was top notch! Antigoni reached out to us prior to our arrival in Milos and was well aware of the potential ferry delays we could be facing going island to island! She assured us not to worry about being late for check-in and she had the room ready for us even though reception was closed for the night! This service continued into the next day when we met her at reception to formally check-in at the hotel for our 2 night stay. She provided us with a map of Milos and gave us a full rundown of the best sites and activities to do on the island! All of her information was really helpful for our itinerary and she told us a few spots we must hit during our stay! After meeting with her she showed us to breakfast buffet the hotel provided which was excellent! Throughout this stay we knew that the staff cared about us having a great time!||In terms of the hotel we had a 2 night stay at this location which is atop a hill overlooking the Milos port. The views are absolutely stunning at night and during the day! We had a balcony view perfectly displaying the port and the outdoor pool below! The room was very spacious with clean and modern furnishings. The bathroom was a bit small and outdated but that caused very little downside to the stay! Also the staff came and cleaned the rooms each day and left treats for us to enjoy as well as water bottles. One of our favorite parts of this hotel was the outdoor pool! We utilized this a lot during our stay and would hop in as soon as we returned from our day of activities! The pool was open 24 hours which was perfect for taking night swims before bed!||Location:|The location of this hotel was perfect for our itinerary! It was right in the middle of Milos allowing us to drive from the hotel no more than 15-20 minutes to each destination. Staying in the old town would’ve been crowded and likely hard for parking. But this location was nicely secluded and had plenty of parking for the guests!||Overall this stay was by far our favorite during our time in Greece and also one of our favorite hotel stays ever! Our first night was bad, there was a dip in the bed, there was a tl light shining into our room the whole night, the cot for our daughter had no matrass in it and the room was not really clean (after showering our feed were dirty again from all the fuss in the room). We also informed the hotel before our arrival that one of us had a few allergies and if they could facilitate other options they emailed back saying yes however when we arrived at breakfast nothing was available and the lady mentioned she could arrange something for the day after.... ||However we had enough by that time, we were supposed to stay for 6 nights but we had a really bad night the first night and when we talked to the manager they basically said they couldn't do anything to help us make us feel more comfortable thus we left. They were also not understanding of our situation. The manager at the property just said oh I am sorry nothing I can do so we tried to contact the owners but they were just dismissive of our situation). We booked for 6 nights, stayed 1 paid 6.... and fine it was our decision to leave however they didn't deliver service and comfort you expect from a 4 start hotel. They also canceled our booking on Booking.com so that they don't need to pay the service cost to Booking.com & so that I couldn't leave my review... Read moreThe place it is expensive and the service it is not good. For the price paid the service it is much below greek standars. These are just some examples of main problems we had.|We booked in january for a vacation in August - 4 nights. We asked to provide some gluten free products for breakfast. When we arrived the manager was sorry because Gluten free products are not available due to the fact Milos is a island. We found that ridiculous as we never had a problem in any hotel or restaurant in other greek islands.|Then we found ants in the room, which it is understandable, so I asked the manager to please take care of it while we were out for dinner. When I came back she told me there were no ants. |Then one morning I asked if it was possible to get an omelette, which I thought for the small variery of breakfast provided and the price paid wouldn't be a problem. The manager told me that she can't make omelette. If I want to get some scrumbled egges I should have eaten the one already prepared in the buffet and cold, otherwise, as the fried eggs were finisched in the buffet, she could just cook me fried eggs, but no other than that.
