Grigoris is a wonderful host, attentive and charming and generous with his knowledge of the area, it's history and local delicacies. A lovely breakfast is served daily comprising home made delights. The delightful honey and the beautiful orange cake and marmalade, lovingly made by Grigoris 'family. What is it about these oranges, the delicate fragrance and their sweet punch of flavour? Opportunities for travel are boundless for our generation but it is a rare privilege to discover the nature and personality of a place. Our breakfast was quite eclectic and proudly greek. we took a group trip to Elea Mare (17 people): it is a hotel located about 4/5 m from the sea shore and all the rooms have a terrace facing the sea. The view and the sunset over the gulf are exceptional. Breakfast is served from 08 to 12 and is a rich buffet with sweet and savory for all tastes with a selection of excellent local products including fresh fruit, homemade cakes, yogurt, honey and jams and more. The bedrooms are all spacious and the beds are king size. linen and cleaning are perfect. in addition there is a small kitchenette with refrigerator in each room so you can dine in the room thanks to the small table on the private terrace overlooking the sea. Greg is an exceptional hotelier, he knows his territory well so he can easily advise you where to go and what to visit based on your needs. he is enthusiastic and conveys a good mood starting from the morning at breakfast! additionally, he has excellent management skills, making it extremely easy for us to organize from remotely (even for a large group like ours). It is available by email and by phone 24/24 and 7/7. he knows Italian and English perfectly.
