Klelia Hotel — Hotel in Municipality of Monemvasia

My family of 4 enjoyed a lovely stay at Klelia Hotel in a 2 bedroom apartment. ||The apartment was clean and very spacious. We liked the intricate layout with its multiple outdoor areas to capture the breeze and great views of Monemvasia and the surrounding landscapes.||We found it to be a very convenient location with everything not more than a minutes drive away.||We all got on very well with the owner and host Dimitrios whom was extremely warm and accommodating. We were sad to say goodbye to him when it came time to leave.||Breakfasts were also a highlight. Huge amounts of food and everything was extremely fresh and delicious, and mostly sourced directly from Dimitrios' own family farm. I can still taste the "straight from the farm" freshly squeezed orange juice, and the honey from his own bees, the delicious omelettes and fresh salads items. A warm welcome, friendly and genuine. Glass of freshly pressed orange juice at any time. Rooms clean and some real space, to relax on balcony, to be in the small living room. Rooks really very well decorated and pleasant to be in. Small kitchenette, but I did not eat in the room, as there are places in town to go to. A little up the hill, but a good walk in the morning and a good rest in the afternoon to enjoy the place the most. Out in the country really, so best to have car, but certainly possible to walk to town, as I did, and to the medieval village the other side of...

We came in the afternoon after half day trip in a very hot day and were pleasantly surprised by the warm reception. We were served freshly squeezed orange juice as a welcome drink. The room was rather small, a little bit worn out, but clean and well furnished. There was free parking space next to the hotel. We were provided with full instructions and recommendations concerning sites of interest nearby and dinning possibilities.
