Bianco a Nero Mykonos — Hotel in Municipality of Mykonos

The strangest hotel I’ve ever been to. I’ve never complained about a hotel. But the customer service was appalling. My friend and I stayed here for 6 nights. The staff seemed lovely at first. But within the next couple of days, there was a loud bunch of girls who came in 4/5 in the morning, screaming, shouting drunk. And they woke us up. We mentioned to the receptionist about this and she said they were going after one more night. So we didn’t mind waiting one more night until they were gone. However that was a lie, and they ended up staying for an extra 2 nights. Woke us up again. A guy knocked on their door at am who was staying at the hotel and told the girls to be quiet, but they just argued back. No one was at the reception, so my friend rang the receptionist on WhatsApp and she hung up. We were so frustrated, the fact no one would help when they continued their party in the room. I spoke to the same receptionist in the morning about it and she lied to my face and said she was asleep and no one at the hotel heard the girls. There was no apology, the fact that she lied about the whole situation was disgusting. They could of at least moved us into another room to get a better night sleep. Because I mentioned it to the receptionist and was polite, she was very rude back. The staff made us feel very uncomfortable and apparently we were told by one of the guys at the bar, that we had a fight with the girls next door which was completely twisted and untrue just to make us look bad. Where is we never even spoke to the girls throughout our stay. Also the room was okay but they didn’t clean our room most days and there was a leak in the bathroom, obviously they seemed not to care. I’m looking forward to their sarcastic rude reply back to me. I’ve seen some of their bad reviews and their replies are awful. But I just want to let anyone know who goes to this hotel,...

Everything from the time you enter the property and you leave , hardly you will find anything missing ( we couldn't :))

The property is located in southern part of the city , just 7 minutes drive from the airport , very calm and surrounded by beautiful view with full privacy from outside. Room was spotlessly clean ,very logically designed to cater family of 4 and direct access to pool , jacuzzi and bar + restaurants. All staff members including receptionist, chefs , drivers were always ready to help.

The property operates shuttle service and it's cheap compared to using random taxi services. Breakfast includes hot + cold options with fresh fruits. The restaurant is open from 12 afternoon till 10 pm with various options. The ingredients felt very fresh and cooked with perfection compared to back home.

At the end , we can't pass our enough thanks to both husband / wife who owns th property. Forgot their names but if you stay there , you can't miss them being at your service 24x7.

Today we are at Santorini but we are still missing "Bianco a Nero". Looking forward to see them again in the future.

I booked this hotel for my friends hen do and I am so glad I chose it! Honestly from start to finish it was amazing! The owner (Fotis) collected us from the airport in their luxurious people carrier and he couldn’t do enough for us. Every day he came to check that we were all ok and happy. The rest of the staff were fantastic as well. The pool was amazing, literally a few steps from our room. There is a main pool with plenty of sun loungers and then a smaller warmer pool which is a larger jacuzzi with lovely beanbags all around. It had great music but not loud, just a nice atmosphere. The rooms were so clean, modern and lovely. They were cleaned properly every day. When we wanted to go anywhere, we just text Fotis half an hour an hour before we wanted to go and there he was waiting for us! There wasn’t much within walking distance of the hotel but this was absolutely not a problem as they took us where ever we wanted to go and then got collected again when we were ready. I would recommend this hotel to anyone wanting to visit Mykonos and I’m hoping to visit again! Thank you so much for making the hen do...
