When all you can do is pack up and leave. We paid in advance €100 for a room. We got to the hotel at 20:30. We had a reservation for a prestigious restaurant we had booked months before, at 21:00. The reception desk insisted we filled out a form before checking in. We satisfied their demand and got late for our dinner. When we got back and thought we could rest with no other worries, the air-conditioner started gushing out water on the floor next to our beds. We informed the reception desk and they said a technician would only be available next morning. We said we could not sleep in those conditions and they replied they did not have any other room to give us. They said all they could do was to come in and check it out, even though we were ready for bed and they had no knowledge about how to fix the problem. We had to dress up again and watch them play a role like they had a clue of what they were doing. As if they had not wasted enough of our time (as if they were paying us for it and not the other way around), they refused to give us any refund unless we would leave right away - this was 01:00 in the morning. They said if we stayed they could give us a 20% cash back but only at checkout the next morning. The manager was a man in shorts who walked around the lobby smoking and saying things like “Doesn’t anything ever break in your house?” and “You booked with us because you couldn’t find anything cheaper.” Not even for one second did they try finding us another accomodation. We had to do that on our own, leaving the so-called hotel at 02:00 a.m. and driving for another 2 hours to the next city that had availability at that point. They have no parking, yet nobody asked if we wanted help taking our bags to the car. No kindness, no helpfulness, nothing. On the contrary, we had to put up with hostility, irony, and total lack of respect for the client. They were not only unprofessional, they let a lady and her son out on the street in the middle of the night knowing there were no accommodations nearby. All they care about is not to lose the money they take from you for something they cannot deliver and take no responsibility for. That place should close.

One of the main reasons I chose this hotel was the promise of a sea view. However, upon arriving at my room, I was shocked to find that it had absolutely no view whatsoever, let alone a sea view. The window faced a parking lot, completely obstructing any chance of enjoying the beautiful coastal scenery I had anticipated. It felt like a cruel trick played on me as a guest, and it is indicative of the hotel's integrity. To make matters worse, when I went down to discuss the issue with the manager (Ms. Giota), her demeanor was nothing short of smug and uncooperative. She showed no remorse for the false advertising and even went as far as to imply that it was somehow my fault for having unrealistic expectations. Instead of offering a solution or attempting to rectify the situation, Ms. Giota dismissed my concerns with an arrogant attitude, making me feel like a nuisance rather than a valued guest. She told me that I can go ahead and express my concerns "wherever I want" which is indicative of the fact that she doesn't care about guest feedback. As a paying customer, I believe it is the hotel's responsibility to provide the services and amenities they advertise. In this case, the lack of a sea view in a room that was specifically marketed as having one is a clear example of false advertising. It is both unethical and deceptive to mislead customers in such a way, only to disappoint them upon arrival. Furthermore, Ms. Giota's attitude towards my complaint was deeply unprofessional. A skilled manager should possess the ability to handle customer grievances with empathy and find a mutually beneficial resolution. Unfortunately, Ms. Giota's smug demeanor and lack of willingness to assist left me feeling unheard and frustrated. In conclusion, I cannot recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a pleasant and honest experience.

Didnt worth the money we gave for a 3days trip at all. Tiny room for 2 ppl, bugs everywhere (ofc its seasonal but still annoying for a 3star hotel), an old fridge that needs refrigerating and old buildings that need renovation for sure. Nafpaktos is overrated for no reason. Expensive rooms and restaurants. When you decide to pay a high price for your accommodation and you see that the hotel is certificated with 3stars you definitely not expect such a poor set up. We at least enjoyed the view from the inside of the room

Didnt worth the money we gave for a 3days trip at all. Доброго времени суток! Отдыхали с мужем в этом отеле 21 день в период с 29 июля по 19 августа! Персонал очень дружелюбный и отзывчивый! Несмотря на что мы приехали в 12-30, а заселение после 14-00. Они мило нам предложили комплимент- в виде кофе и вкусных пирожных-что с дороги было весьма кстати- и попросили подождать всего 15 минут, сказав ,что наш номер скорее всего готов и можно будет заселяться! Так и вышло! Через 15 -20 минут мы были в номере! Скажу заранее что при покупке номера , ещё в феврале, попросила номер на верхнем этаже с видом на море, они согласились! И все как обещали , так и сделали! Номер был отличный :большой, светлый, чистый, ремонт относительно хороший. И главное это балкон- он был большой и шикарный вид на Корфинский залив и мост Рио-Антарио. Это было божественно! По субботам и праздникам мост горел очень ярко и подсвечивался помимо жёлтых , ещё синими огнями! Уборка в номера , смена полотенец ежедневно и хорошо, смена постельного белья раз в 2 дня. WiFi отлично ловит на всей территории отеля, и в номере так же, дают планшет, телевизор в номере -большая плазма, кондиционер отлично работает, в ванной проблем никаких, особенно со стоком воды👍🏻Русских каналов нет, но на англий ком передач и фильмов. В номере есть чайник и набор чайный ( на один раз) и бутылка воды. Потом уже покупать надо самим. Дают так же халатики для номера. В ванной принадлежности все . В отеле 2 лифта и обычная лестница. Столовая находится чуть выше ресепшена, она закрытая с кондиционером, но есть выход во внутренний дворик ( для курящих) и вообще кто захочет посидеть на воздухе, и там живет черепашка их Ро ро, ему 40 лет и живет в отеле около 4 лет,и с ним его черепашки. Еда в отеле не совсем понравилась, но это дело вкуса ! Так как мы были в высокий сезон, то была не система меню, а шведский стол. Брали завтрак с 7-30 до 10-00, и ужин с 20-00до 22-00. Завтраки хорошие, обычные как во всех отелях: колбаски, сосиски, сыры, бекон, яички, яичница, выпечки разные, круасаны, пирожные, пахлава, разные варенья, мёд, Масло, разные сезонные фрукты, их йогурт, разные сухофрукты ,кофе , соки, молоко, чай, вода, но самое главное- можно было самим выжить себе апельсиновый сок из апельсинчиков с помощью соковыжималки! Обеда в отеле нет! Ужин если не бронировали сразу, то можно заказать за 10 евро с человека, в ужине вода включена ( бесплатно) вино за отдельную плату, 500 мл белого, красного и розового вина 4 евро. Красное и розовое не понравилось вообще, не в отеле на разлив, не бутылочные ( которые покупали) . А вот среди белых вин можно найти достаточно хорошие и ароматные. Сам ужин был не очень, они старались и каждый раз меняли блюда, но в основном была свинья и барашек, и всего один раз морепродукты, а также была мусака, и другие национальные блюда, салат и тд... Поэтому нам не очень нравилось, но что то найти и поесть можно! Ещё один из плюсов отеля- бесплатные велосипеды, и ездить на них по всему Нафпактосу и его окрестностям одно удовольствие. Расположение отеля отличное- рядом при выходе фонтанчик и домик для Лебедя и уточек, велосипедные дорожки, много кафе и таверн , баров, down town (для любителей бурной ночной жизни, дискотек и тусовок) в шаговой доступности 5-7 минут пешком. Недалёко минут 45 ходьбы , но в гору-замок знаменитый, но на такси 7 евро в одну сторону! Но советую подняться пешком- впечатления потрясающие! Работает он все дни с 8 до 3 дня, в понедельник выходной, билет на человека 2 евро, там очень красиво, рекомендую посетить! Рядом с отелем также много магазинов , разного характера- спортивных товаров, одежды, морской темы, еды, напитков, обуви , и тд. Прямо напротив отеля оптовой магазин воды и напитков( дешевле не найдёте). Есть также 2 супермаркета : один налево по третье верхней улице от отеля( он чуть подороже) и другой направо от отеля в глубине( для местных более дешевый) . Но время работы магазинов странное : с 8 до 14-00 и за тем с 18-00 до 20-30 , но вечернее время по вторникам , четвергам . В остальные дни только с утра и до обеда работают! В воскресенье выходной у всех!!!! И ещё такой выходной если праздник бывает. Маркеты работают до вечера без перерыва. Теперь насчёт пляжа- несколько их, но советую от отеля налево к Lepanto beach hotel -пляж просто потрясающий, вода всегда свежая- смешивается тёплая вода и холодная с горной реки, дно , не считая начала, песочное, сам пляж приятная мелкая галька, много рыбок, особенно если погулять вдоль моря подальше от большого скопления людей! Цены на все нормальные, доступные. В отеле можно отдельно заказать коктейли, разные напитки, кофе разного вида, мороженное. Очень советую холодный кофе, но не греческий, а экспрессо. Теперь насчёт обеда , можно и в центре- но там суета, дороговизна, но нам понравилось около нашего отеля кафешки-заказывали морепродукты, вкусно и не дорого, порции большие, одна порция на двоих полностью! В кафе готовят потрясающе, чувствуешь полностью все оттенки и тонкости греческой кухни👍🏻вечером тоже отлично ужинать в кафе! Можно уложиться на двоих 25 евро максимум! Можно и в 40 евро на двоих -все зависит от аппетита, но порции большие, советую попробовать максимум греческих блюд. Кстати очень вкусные их слоенные пирожки и сладости разные. Из экскурсий много разных, брали у мазедениос травел: выбрали 2 самые интересные на наш взгляд-Афины и Делфы, но есть много других !цены стандартные , как обычно в Европе от 60-100 евро с человека, не включая входы в музеи, обед и тд. Остались очень довольны экскурсиями, гидами и услугами этот тур агенства, всем рекомендую 👍🏻они приходят в отель Акти ( напротив Нафпактоса) и отель Нафс. Ещё неплохой отель , на наш беглый взгляд Флисвос, но он чуть дальше! Наш Нафпактос больше понравился👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻всем рекомендую, но все же для полноты вкуса и ощущений брать только завтраки, обед и ужин в кафе в разных...
