Gaitani studios plaka beach — Hotel in Municipality of Naxos and the Lesser Cyclades

very nice place and very clean but I would have liked better service. The reception never answered any questions and was not well informed about things like bus timetables. The hotel is far from any amenities and when I arrived a bottle of complimentary water would have been well received given how hot it is and the tap water is not drinkable. The staff barely speak any English so I kept telling the cleaners to come back later but they kept coming in which was very annoying. Overall it was a nice stay and right by a lovely beach and very clean but I would like them to improve their customer service and get more knowledgeable on things going on around the area like nearby restaurants...

Excellent studio apartmans. Everything you need. I have to say it is very clean. Location amazing as its close to the nicest beaces on one side and close the Naxos town on the other side. The only down side is that the road could be better. Dont bring your own car...
