If the food had been hot, it would have had 3.5* as it was clearly home made but fairly simple. Much of the food is out to see in trays in a heated glass cabinet. Moussaka taste was very good traditional flavour. The home made rosé wine was very interesting with hints of sherry! Staff very friendly and attentive. Delightful! Located right across from the beach with a gorgeous water view. All the food is homemade. You select from prepared dishes that are heated and brought to your table. I understand that this may see slightly odd but was well worth it. We ordered a Greek salad with local cheese, moussaka and wine. It was served with freshly baked bread. Classica taverna a conduzione familiare , situata a pochi metri dalla spiaggia e trovandomi li a Plaka mi sono recato per una greek salad . I camerieri giovani e gentili portadondomi il menu' mi hanno consigliato di vedere anche le pietanze cucinate del giorno posizionate in un scalda vivande , piatti tipici tradizionali cucinati con prodotti freschi e pieni sapori ( Moutzaka', agnello in umido , spezzatino di vitello al sugo ,pollo arrosto e al sugo, verdure in umido e griglaite e tanto altro . Ho provato le polpette al sugo con patate fritte ,molto buone. Sono tornato anche altre volte trovando sempre varia la scelta delle portate ,la taverna vende anche da asporto bibite e qualche tost per colazione Saluti alla cuoca gentilissima grazie per i dolci biscotti.

Classic family-run tavern located a few meters from the beach and finding myself there for a Greek Salad. The young and kind waiters bring me the menu 'I have recommended to see also the cooked dishes of the day placed in a food heater , traditional dishes cooked with fresh products and full flavors ( Moutzaka', stewed lamb, veal stew with sauce, roast chicken and sauce, goat in the hoven vegetables stewed and griglaite and much more.
