Anthony, one of the brothers who manages the reception, is the best. He was very helpful throughout our stay. We stayed for 2 nights/3 days. The location is beautiful, BUT, faaaaaaarrrrr away from all the activities. You had to go through a construction site on dirt road to get to the hotel, which was annoying.
If you plan to just chill at this hotel, which honestly felt like a very nice bed and breakfast place to me, is a great value hotel. Nothing luxurious about this hotel, just nice.
We stayed in Room#7, it was a 1 bed room suite and was cozy. Washing machine included etc. The towels did not get changed every day, but we did not mind that.
Oh, the breakfast, BTW, is continental and the WASPS drive you crazy in the morning during breakfast, but that is no fault of the hotel.
We rented a car and got lucky because, as I mentioned earlier, everything is at a distance.
The views are incredible from this place, but we arrived here from Santorini and Ios after soaking in all the views, we were not too crazy about the views. We just wanted to be near all the action.
So, consider that when you book the hotel. Anthony recommended a very nice rental car place where we ended up renting the car and had a great time in...
Read moreOur stay at Mandilaras Village in Naxos was simply magical. From the moment we arrived, we were captivated by its stunning beauty and serene atmosphere. The accommodations blend traditional Cycladic architecture with modern comforts, offering breathtaking views of the Aegean Sea. What truly set our experience apart was the exceptional hospitality of Antonio. From the start, he greeted us with a warm smile and extensive local knowledge. Antonio went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect, whether it was recommending local restaurants, arranging transport, or organizing activities. His genuine enthusiasm and deep connection to the island made our trip unforgettable. Mandilaras Village offers a perfect blend of relaxation and adventure. We enjoyed lounging by the pristine pool, exploring nearby beaches, and hiking through picturesque countryside. The location is ideal for immersing in the natural beauty of Naxos while still being close to the vibrant town center. My boyfriend and I were deeply impressed and utterly in love with this beautiful haven.
Thanks Antonio ❤️ Thanks...
Read moreThis is our fourth year in Naxos but first time here. It’s about a 15 minutes drive from the port and nestled up in the hills halfway between plaka beach (10 mins away) and chalki (10 mins away). We love it here. We have an elite maisonette which is absolutely huge and more than big enough for the four of us. It comes with a kitchen so is handy when we just want a quiet lunch or quiet night in. The breakfasts cater for everything - with a very friendly chef. Indeed all the staff have been friendly and more than welcoming. The swimming pools are more than big enough. Like us, it feels like most people spend a bit of time at the hotel but are also out and about exploring or on the beach. If you stay here, I would recommend having access to a car. Only minor downside is there seems to be some development work on the road leading to the hotel. However you can’t see this when in the hotel and we haven’t heard anything. We would definitely recommend and...
